反抗軍:彭立発に学ぶ塔への突撃方法
October 13th is a day worth remembering. On October 13, 2022, Peng Zai Zhou (Peng Lifa) hung banners on the Sitong Bridge in Beijing that shook the world. It was a day that thrilled all who harbored good intentions.
The Peng Zai Zhou Sitong Bridge Incident is a model of Chinese domestic political dissenters charging the fortress. Analyzing Peng Lifa's operation of the Sitong Bridge protest can help us better plan and implement future charges against the fortress.
Meticulous Planning, Thorough Preparation
Choice of Time and Place
In the third year of epidemic prevention and control, the long-term lockdowns have made it unbearable for the general public. The lockdowns have also developed to an extreme and inhumane degree. Grievances are widespread, and people are struggling to survive. Individual resistance and conflicts have been occurring continuously across the country, and a large number of kind-hearted people have committed suicide by jumping off buildings unable to bear the extreme lockdowns. It can be said that the people in the country have indeed reached the tipping point of rising up and responding to every call. This can also be confirmed by the White Paper Movement that quickly unfolded across the country later. Peng Zai Zhou's choice to stand up and charge the fortress at this point in time was both a carefully chosen moment and an instinctive choice of a person who cared about the world and its people.
In terms of location, Peng Zai Zhou's choice to protest on the Sitong Bridge had the following advantages: First, it was not a sensitive location and was not guarded by police. This gave Peng Zai Zhou ample time to unfurl the huge banners he had prepared; second, it had a wide field of vision and large pedestrian and vehicle traffic, allowing more people to see it. The huge banners unfurled on the massive bridge structure had a strong visual impact, attracting and shocking even ordinary people who were not concerned about politics, compelling them to pick up their phones to film and spread the word. Third, it has commemorative significance and forms a historical legacy, allowing the Chinese people's pursuit of democracy and freedom to continue.
Choice of Methods and Approaches
Peng Zai Zhou used the method of unfurling huge banners to express his protest and speak out for the people. At the same time, he used a loudspeaker and set off flames to enhance the eye-catching effect. It can be said that he alone made the protest at that time achieve the effect of being "fiery" and "noisy." More importantly, the slogans he drafted were not only catchy but also specific and clear—from the PCR testing that affected people's lives every day to the political demands for civil rights and the overthrow of dictators—allowing all onlookers who saw the banners to resonate and agree immediately. The earth-shattering cry of "Down with the traitorous national thief Xi Jinping" broke through the linguistic taboo that the people under the CCP's enslavement had not dared to touch for many years. It made the Chinese people suddenly realize that someone dared to say such things, and it was not as terrifying as they thought.
In addition, before the incident, Peng Zai Zhou widely contacted influential Twitter accounts and sent them his carefully crafted protest campaign planning and propaganda documents, asking them to repost and pay attention so that they could coordinate their efforts and speak out for him in a timely manner, in order to achieve deeper and broader dissemination and influence, so that the people could clearly understand the purpose of this activity, and so that those who agreed could follow in his footsteps and continue to promote the cause of China's democratic transformation.
Attention to Detail
Warrior Peng meticulously planned and paid attention to details throughout the process to achieve the best dissemination effect. When he went to Sitong Bridge, he was wearing a safety helmet and a safety vest. His purpose was obvious: to avoid being discovered and stopped by stability maintenance forces before safely reaching the bridge. The less attention he attracted before reaching the bridge, the longer he would have to operate safely on the bridge. For every extra second of safe time on the bridge, more people would see it, and the probability of it being spread would increase. Thus, the propaganda effect would be better.
Achievement of Goals and Effects
From the specific operational process of Peng Zai Zhou described above, it can be seen that Warrior Peng designed this Sitong Bridge charge protest event meticulously with the goal of maximizing its propaganda effect. He clearly knew that what he was doing was like throwing a pebble into a stagnant pool of silence, hoping to create some ripples and make some noise. He wanted to add some precious courage and vitality, waves and hope to this stagnant pool. This was not an impulsive act, but a purposeful action aimed at maximizing the effect.
So, what were Peng Zai Zhou's goals in this action?
It is clearly stated in the propaganda documents he published online:
Namely: No PCR testing, we want food; no lockdowns, we want freedom; No lies, we want votes; no Cultural Revolution, we want reform; No leader, we want democracy; we want to be citizens, not slaves! Boycott classes, boycott work, impeach the traitorous dictator Xi Jinping!
Through analysis, we can see that when planning a charge against the fortress, we must first establish the goals and effects, then choose the methods and approaches, and finally select the time and place. All details should be finalized on the premise of maximizing the achievement of the goals.
Unprepared, spontaneous resistance occurs most often, and it can be said that it happens every day in the CCP's China. If these events are accidentally recorded and disseminated, they will have some influence. If they are not disseminated, they become "ineffective resistance." Because the CCP's consistent attitude is: "If the outside world doesn't know, it didn't happen."
Before and after Peng Zai Zhou, there were some admirable warriors who carried out some individual acts of resistance. For example, Zhang Sheng from Peking University, the woman who distributed flyers at Beijing's Bird's Nest, etc., but their influence was much smaller than Peng Zai Zhou's. For example, the woman who distributed flyers at Beijing's Bird's Nest, we still don't know her identity. We can understand her demands from her "A Word to My Compatriots" flyer. I fully agree with her demands, however, the content seems to lack slogans like "No PCR testing, we want food" and "Down with the traitorous national thief Xi Jinping"—simple, clear, catchy, resonating directly with people, and bringing shock and encouragement. As a result, the dissemination on the internet was not long-lasting.
It must be emphasized again that we are only analyzing how individual planned resistance activities can achieve maximum effect here. We express our sincere admiration for every individual who dares to carry out resistance activities.
Besides Peng Zai Zhou, another case of individual resistance achieving maximum effect is the "Yang Jia case." This is a classic case of an individual using violent revenge to defend personal dignity.
In the CCP's China, it is very difficult for ordinary people like you to truly protect your rights through the legal system meticulously designed by the CCP. In other words, the CCP's legal system itself is designed to exploit, enslave, and rob ordinary people. Therefore, almost all people who have experienced rights defense and resistance in the CCP's China will eventually find that the only way to achieve equality between themselves and the ruling class is through death. By sacrificing my own life, I exchange it for your death, which is fair. The common people only lightly summarize such epic and great resistance with the word "desperate." What a lovely, kind, and humble group of people they are!
Similarly, Yang Jia, who was severely abused by the Shanghai police, ultimately chose this path. This was the choice of a hero. Everyone who values dignity more than life is an epic existence. Yang Jia did not retaliate immediately but took action after some preparation. His goal was exceptionally clear—to kill more CCP evil dogs who had insulted and persecuted him. This is violent, but all the people who understand the CCP know that this is just. He did what they had long wanted to do but did not dare to do; he helped them fulfill their dreams!
The outcome of the incident itself was also quite shocking. Yang Jia alone made the long-oppressed Chinese people exhale a sigh of relief. They had no reason not to spread Yang Jia's heroic story, no reason not to raise a glass and light a cigarette for him. I think that even Yang Jia himself, even at the moment before his execution, would not have had the slightest regret, but rather felt genuine happiness. This is by no means a release of violence, but the pleasure of justice being served, the joy of good triumphing in human nature.
Whether it is Peng Lifa, who ignited the White Paper Movement, or Yang Jia, who fought for justice and dignity; whether it is "Programmer Anonymous," who has been quietly providing circumvention software for Chinese people for decades, even hiding it from his wife, or Xu Zhiyong and Ding Jiaxi, who have been working diligently for years to promote civil rights; whether it is Zhang Sheng from Peking University holding up a sign, or the nameless woman who climbed the water tower to scatter flyers, all of them are heroes we admire. We have too many moving heroes, and we have no reason not to have hope! Their courage is worthy of our reverence, their ideas are worthy of our傳頌, and their deeds are worthy of our careful study and learning. On the road to pursuing freedom, democracy, human rights, and dignity, we are not alone. We have them and more brothers and sisters like them who lead us to walk together. What we need to do is to learn from their experiences and make this road wider and longer.
However, we do not need to feel inferior in their presence. We can also walk this road in our own way. Spreading truth in stagnant water in our own way is also a ripple, and it has an echo. Every reply is our bullet, and every mockery shows our bravery. We transfer the joy of charging the fortress from games to resisting online censorship, and we make this road wider and wider; we spread circumvention technology to everyone who wants to know the truth, and we make this road wider and wider; we are low-key and careful, with firm beliefs, and always ready to...
時が来た時、万全の準備を整えて彼らの前に立ち、最後の決戦に臨む。
今日、我々は彭載舟と、全ての同志たちを追悼する。
我々は必ず勝利する。
