A netizen submission alleges that Fujian Xinshiying E-Commerce Co., Ltd. unjustly deducted performance pay and transportation and meal subsidies, paid wages below the minimum wage standard, made social insurance and housing fund contributions at a low base, failed to pay social insurance during the probation period, arbitrarily cancelled annual leave and frequently changed compensation rules unilaterally, and threatened employees with dismissal whenever they raised objections.
