Hu Liren: Xi Jinping Is Making His Move! Party Purges Begin Across the Country
This video provides an in-depth analysis of the national party building conference being launched by the CCP, pointing out that it is a major inner-party purge led by high-ranking officials such as Cai Qi and Li Xi. This "self-revolution" aims to completely reject Deng Xiaoping's reform and opening-up line and fully establish Xi Jinping's political and ideological leadership. The conference emphasizes putting politics in command and strictly governing the party. It will use advanced technology to monitor the political inclinations and speech of party members, and severely purge those with inconsistent thoughts. Its scale and depth are comparable to the Yan'an Rectification Movement of the Mao Zedong era, and it will have a profound impact on China's future.

Okay, hello everyone. Today's first live broadcast has started.
Today, I will analyze a very big thing that the CCP is about to do. I have been talking about this, I talked about it last year, and in fact, it already started happening last year. It needs to be established step by step.
Today, on June 15, a meeting was held in Beijing called the National Party Building Work Seminar. When you hear the names of such seminars, like the Zunyi Conference or the Yan'an Conference, the Communist Party is like this: everything it wants to do is always first given clear guidance at the highest level within the party, and then it goes to the middle level of the central government, who then give guidance to all parts of the country. Then these officials all over the country are themselves responsible for purging, brainwashing, and doing organizational work.
In other words, the heads of the organization departments all over the country are the ones who actually operate it. For example, the head of the organization department of Fujian Province will go to Beijing, bring back the content and guiding ideology of the central meeting. After bringing it back, he will then organize the leaders of various organization departments in the province to hold meetings within the province.
This meeting is called the National Party Building Work Seminar. How important is it? Think about it, Xi Jinping will not attend. He has already given instructions at central-level meetings. The people attending are all very key.
Look, Cai Qi, Li Xi, Shi Taifeng, Li Shulei, Liu Jinguo, it's just the five of them. These five people actually cover all the people who can launch this movement. It can be said that they are all there. They are all related to these people. The head of the Organization Department, the director of the General Office of the CCP Central Committee, and the president of the Central Party School are all in there.
Shi Taifeng is a member of the Political Bureau of the CCP Central Committee and a member of the Secretariat of the CCP Central Committee. This person is the organizer of the meeting. People like Li Shulei and Liu Jinguo are all people related to the entire movement. All five of them attended.
How many people attended this meeting in total? Not many, just over a hundred people. Two people from each province, two people from each of the thirty provinces, that's over sixty people. Plus people from the organization departments of various ministries and commissions, and people from the organization departments of central organs, including the General Office of the CCP Central Committee and the State Council, the total is only over a hundred people. The scale of the meeting was very small, and no specific content of the meeting was announced to the public.
This content will be brought to the local levels. It will be announced soon, it will be announced soon.
I think this should be a very big deal. Who attended from each province? The provincial party secretaries did not attend. None of the provincial party secretaries attended because the provincial party secretary is at a higher level and is not at the operational level. The attendees were one deputy secretary of the provincial party committee and another was the head of the organization department of each province, the official head. That is, two from each province. The entire meeting lasted only one day.
So once this meeting is completed, they will bring the specific content to each province and each locality. Each locality will begin to carry out a comprehensive ideological purge.
Xi Jinping's content for this meeting has already been released, that is, the main content has been released, but those specific things have not been released yet. This article is about 4,000 words long, you can go and read it. It was released today, the 15th, at around 7:00 PM Beijing time, titled "In-depth Study and Understanding of Xi Jinping's Thought on Party Building." That's the article.
Looking at it specifically, the main content is like this. Let me tell you about it.
First, putting politics in command. Have you heard of this? Who proposed putting politics in command? It was previously proposed by Mao. Now Xi Jinping is proposing it again. By the era of Deng Xiaoping, politics was no longer in command. What was it in the Deng Xiaoping era? Putting economy in command. At that time, the common people had no food to eat, everyone was doing economy, putting economy in command, not politics in command.
Now it is like this, when a country, a regime, starts to put politics in command, in fact, disaster is coming, and it is starting to do purges. And what he is doing is an inner-party purge. This time it does not involve the common people, it has nothing to do with the common people. In other words, the intensity of this inner-party purge will be very great.
Everyone needs to understand clearly that his recent arrests are not about anti-corruption. Or rather, it is political purging under the guise of anti-corruption. The purpose of his arrests this time is to purge everyone whose political line deviates. In other words, anyone who believes that Deng Xiaoping's line is correct will be arrested. Deng Xiaoping's line is the opposite of Mao's line, and it is also the opposite of Xi's line.
So, from now on, as long as someone endorses Deng Xiaoping's line, he will purge them. To what extent does he want to purge? He wants to purge until everyone within the entire party unanimously agrees that Xi Jinping is correct. What Xi Jinping is actually doing this time is completely negating the Reform and Opening-up policy and completely negating the Deng Xiaoping era. This is what Xi Jinping is doing now.
This is the first point: politics first.
Second, self-revolution. His revolution this time has nothing to do with the common people; it is a self-revolution within the party.
I did a program around August or September last year. At that time, I saw a press release from Xinhua News Agency, and Xinhua had published an article about self-revolution. Those who watch me often, if you have seen my program from around August or September, you would know. At that time, I wasn't doing live streams; I was doing recorded videos, and I wrote scripts. Now I am doing live streams without a script.
That episode was about self-revolution, and it had very high views. In other words, I proposed at that time that Xi Jinping must do one thing, which is the Yan'an Rectification Movement. I said it very early, more than half a year ago, when I saw an article in Xinhua News Agency, I issued a warning, saying that Xi Jinping was starting to engage in self-revolution and was starting to implement Mao's methods.
What are Mao's methods? It is rectification, the Yan'an Rectification Movement. It is within the party and has nothing to do with the common people. What is involved now is self-revolution within the party.
Third, strict party governance, comprehensive and strict party governance.
What is strict party governance? It means that as long as you have the slightest disagreement with Xi Jinping Thought, if you negate Xi Jinping Thought, or if your understanding of Xi Jinping Thought is insufficient, or if you have opposing views or different opinions, he will purge you. It is very serious.
This is exactly what is happening this time. Everyone can read this article, "Deeply Study and Comprehend Xi Jinping's Party Building Thought," and you will see it. It is not long, about four thousand words. Its content is exactly this: first, politics first; second, self-revolution; third, comprehensive and strict party governance. All those who have different opinions from Xi Thought, or who do not recognize it, must be purged.
In other words, this is complete unification of thought. You are not allowed to have your own thinking. You say whatever the leader tells you to say; you do whatever the leader tells you to do.
In the past, even within the party, in a broad sense, you could propose different opinions and different viewpoints. As long as the economy was doing well, it was all fine. Everyone could offer suggestions and engage in internal party discussions. At that time, thinking was very active. Every time the Two Sessions were held, everyone would participate in group discussions and put forward various opinions. China's economy actually started to improve gradually from that time. People would offer good suggestions, and the leaders above would see that these suggestions were good and we would follow them.
So at that time, even those who were party members in a broad sense were all participating in the construction of the entire country. Your thoughts were very likely to become a regulation or a government administrative order.
But today, all of Xi Jinping's thoughts are aimed at destroying all independent thinking within the party. This is what Xi Jinping is doing now. This set of Mao's methods, Xi Thought, is a kind of brainwashing—thorough brainwashing, thorough brainwashing, thorough brainwashing. Extremist brainwashing is starting to be implemented.
Because what is it now? Mobile phones have replaced the Little Red Book. In the Mao era, everyone held the Little Red Book, and before every meeting, everyone would dance the Loyalty Dance, like lunatics. People overseas, in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and those who escaped later, simply cannot understand it. It was like this during the Cultural Revolution. Dancing the Loyalty Dance, even normal people became lunatics.
Before starting work, they would dance the Loyalty Dance; that was how the country was at the time. Xi Jinping is now moving in this direction, making everyone move in this direction, and it must be done.
So these people in the Organization Department, these officials in the Organization Department, officials in the Organization Departments of various provinces, deputy secretaries of provincial party committees, and secretaries specifically in charge of party building work, have now gone to Beijing, and after returning, they have started to implement it level by level. To the regions, to all localities, to all cities, counties, townships, and streets, all officials related to the organization must all align with Xi.
This includes village committees and neighborhood committees. You see, we don't have neighborhood committees in the United States. In the United States or overseas, it is often like this: a community mainly has a management team that manages the entire community. This community has nothing to do with the government; it is a non-governmental organization.
But in China, it is completely different. What is a neighborhood committee in China? The director of a neighborhood committee is led by the superior subdistrict office. These people in the neighborhood committees are actually part of the Communist Party apparatus.
In the future, once this entire mechanism is rolled down, within about one to two months, all the contents of today's meeting will permeate every node and every place. Then it reaches the neighborhood committees, and the neighborhood committees will mobilize the masses to implement these things.
This time, the primary targets are Party members. Internal mutual denunciations among all Party members will begin, right? Here it comes. The Communist Party begins to make its move. Then they start collecting materials. They want to thoroughly figure out the thoughts of every single Party member.
Do you not know what this Party member's mindset is like? As I have mentioned before, everything is on your phone. Everyone, as long as you are in China and as long as you use a mobile phone, has an electronic dossier.
Now, the Organization Department will pull up all your political dossiers. What content and articles you have read in the past, and how much time you spent lingering on each article. For example, some people just swipe past an article, while others read an article for ten minutes, five minutes, three minutes, or skim through it, and some even leave a like. This content even includes articles or messages you once published.
For instance, to give an example, if you saw an article on a certain social media platform and wrote a few words, all of these will be included in your personal ideological dossier.
In the past, people all had dossiers. Not just in the government—in the past, there were no private enterprises; everything was state-owned enterprises or government agencies. Everyone had a dossier. Everyone has seen that dossier folder, right? That kraft paper, yellow paper folder with "Dossier" written on it, the dossier of so-and-so.
What is a dossier folder? You cannot see it yourself, nor can you touch it. Whichever work unit you are transferred to, people from the Organization Department will send this dossier folder there. This is a physical dossier. All the awards you have received, your past resume, your family background, the honors you have won, the punishments you have suffered—in other words, everything about three generations of your ancestors and yourself is all placed inside.
When you go to another unit, that dossier folder goes to that place. In enterprises back then, it was called the Labor and Wages Section, which was in charge of these dossiers. Large enterprises had a dedicated person managing the dossiers. You could not go look at it yourself, but your leaders could pull your dossier to examine it.
Later, these things ostensibly disappeared. What is it now? Now the government does it through mobile phones. Why is real-name registration required for mobile phones? As long as your phone is tied to real-name registration, you are locked down by the Communist Party. Your phone, your name, and your ID number are all captured. You may be mobile, but your phone number is fixed. The government controls all social platforms, accounts, and connections.
It operates through cloud computing, with specialized data companies responsible for doing this work. The government also has specialized agencies to feed everything about you into a database. In this database, everyone has an electronic dossier, called a political ideological dossier. This political ideological dossier is used to evaluate this person's inclinations, thoughts, and speech.
None of this is far off in the future; it is just a few months away. Right now, ordinary people are fine. If ordinary citizens make some remarks, the government will seek you out, police from the local police station will seek you out, or state security (MSS) or domestic security officers will seek you out to chat with you, talk with you, or "invite you for tea." Because you are an ordinary citizen, it generally will not cause too much of an impact.
Inside the Party, however, it is entirely different. Inside the Party, you are seen as bad elements hiding within the Party, and so they must get rid of you. Furthermore, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) today practices guilt by association across entire families. If you are placed on a certain blacklist, your entire family will face obstruction from many angles. They will hinder you in certain respects, and even your children's schooling, your children's civil service exams, or your children's job hunting will be affected.
What Xi Jinping is running now is identical to Mao, and his methods are even more advanced, entirely relying on high technology. You cannot escape, and you cannot run away. Everything you have done on the internet is in there.
Sometimes when you attend meetings, you just play along every day, shouting "Xi Jinping, Xi Jinping" day in and day out. No problem, that's fine, you hide yourself. But when you browse your phone normally, you unconsciously reveal many of your inclinations and hobbies. In the past, all these things were used for commercial purposes.
What does commercial use mean? For example, you like eating Hunan food, or you are from Hunan. When you browse your phone and see Hunan food, you will linger for a few seconds, ten seconds, or twenty seconds. You watch what it says, or even watch the entire video of how that Hunan dish is cooked, watching for two or three minutes. What is this? This is for commercial use.
It is staring at you right now. It knows you have a hobby: you like watching content about Hunan cuisine. From then on, it will constantly push such content to you.
For example, if a woman likes something, or let me give you another example, if you are missing something at home. You suddenly search for it, saying, "I want to buy a TV." Your home is missing a TV, and you searched for the three characters "TV." Well, for the next two days, it will constantly push TVs to you. Have you all realized this? Everyone should have realized it.
Your preferences, or your recent needs, will be transformed into precise commercial advertising. In other words, it is targeted at you. It is equivalent to targeting in a certain field. This is commercial. I have friends who run these companies; one of them used to work under me, and later opened a company in Shanghai specifically to do this for Alibaba.
Platforms like Alibaba and Taobao originally needed this kind of thing. Whatever you search for on Taobao or Alibaba, these data companies and data analysis companies will analyze it.
Now, some of these data analysis companies are working specifically for the CCP to analyze and identify a specific person or a specific group of people, giving everyone a score. I have mentioned this in other programs before.
So, to what extent has the situation reached now when you watch things? I tell you, it is best if you don't watch anything at all. Every day, watch more of Mao, watch more of Xi Jinping. Keep Xi Jinping's programs playing on your TV at home or on your phone whenever you have nothing to do. Let it play; you don't have to watch it, it doesn't matter, it will give you a very high score. Then, when you see something about Xi Jinping, give it a like; when you see something good about the Communist Party, give it a like, and your score will be very high.
I have told many people this because I used to work in the internet industry, so I know about this. And I have many former colleagues in this industry. So everyone must remember, you need to practice self-protection, you must do these things.
Don't look at what happened somewhere today, or which Communist Party official was arrested, and then read articles criticizing the Communist Party or the darkness of society. If you click "like" or browse for a long time—browsing for a few minutes, or even a few dozen seconds—your score will drop.
So everyone must have self-protection awareness. Xi Jinping is definitely going to take action now; he is definitely going to take action.
Look at the heads of the Organization Departments in each province, those in each province involved in Party building and ideological work—that is the head of the Organization Department. Above the Organization Department, there is also a leader, the Deputy Provincial Party Secretary, who is specifically in charge of this. Deputy Provincial Party Secretaries also come in various types, and this type of person is exactly who went to the meeting this time.
I just said it: these people are all thugs of the Communist Party, they are all people who arrest others.
Let me read it again: Cai Qi, Li Xi, Shi Taifeng, Li Shulei, Liu Jinguo. All five of these people were present. I have checked this meeting. So the self-revolution within the Communist Party has now been implemented at the grassroots level. It was already being talked about last year.
Have you noticed what arrests were like before? Before, arrests were about how much you embezzled, how much you took in bribes. In the future, arrests will be like this: your political line is problematic, your political ideology is problematic. It is exactly the same as Mao.
This kind of rhetoric did not exist in the Deng era, did not exist in the Jiang era, and did not exist in the Hu era; it only exists today in the Xi Jinping era. He wants to purge everyone who does not agree with his ideology. It is very hard for people now to hide.
I have been saying that everyone inside the Communist Party hates Xi Jinping. He just wants to get rid of all these people, to get rid of everyone who opposes Xi Jinping.
For example, there is another point: many people often circumvent the Great Firewall. Many leaders and party members within the Party circumvent the firewall, and these circumventions are all recorded. They can track your phone number. How many times you circumvented the firewall, which websites you visited, which videos you watched. You watch Hu Liren's videos, Hu Liren is anti-CCP, okay, you are immediately targeted.
Unless it is for work, you say, "I am from state security, I need to watch Hu Liren's videos, I need to watch someone's videos." Then he knows it is for work. If it is not for work, then you are finished; it becomes a stain. If you browse for a long time, if you watch these kinds of videos a lot, then he will start to arrest you.
Alright, everyone, Xi Jinping is Mao. I have always suspected that Xi Jinping is likely the reincarnation of Mao after he died, not born to Xi Zhongxun. How could he be so similar? Look at all his work; it is exactly the same as Mao's.
I have been saying this all last year. We who do self-media, especially political commentary, often try to predict and judge what will happen in the CCP Central Committee in the future. Now you see, all of this has been encountered.
Everyone, go and watch what I said last year about the self-revolution within the Party. If you take a look, you will know. Now, this self-revolution within the Party has already landed, and notifications have begun across the country. It is this very meeting.
This meeting is what will change China in the future.
Alright, thank you everyone for watching. See you in the next topic.
