Who Controls Cai Qi? Is There Any Possibility He Will Appear Again? “Real China”
This video explores the phenomenon of the sudden ten-day disappearance of high-ranking CCP official Cai Qi, analyzing various speculations that he may be under the control of Xi, controlled by overseas forces, or held hostage by the 'red second generation' or 'military second generation' as a bargaining chip. The host connects recent political anomalies—such as the National People's Congress not involving Zhang Youxia, the small aircraft crashing into a building in Beijing, and the shift in Xinhua News Agency's stance—to speculate that the internal power struggle within the CCP has entered a fierce, white-hot stage, suggesting that Xi Jinping is facing a severe life-or-death crisis within the party.

Let's talk more about Cai Qi. Cai Qi has suddenly gone missing for ten days; I calculated it, about ten days or so. That is, when Xi Jinping received Min Aung Hlaing, he appeared, but later, in all other important occasions where his presence was mandatory, he did not appear. Everyone is speculating about this matter. Now, in Beijing, everyone is guessing; he is definitely not in Zhongnanhai, no one in Zhongnanhai can find him. Where did he go? First, it is possible he is controlled by Xi. I have always talked about Cai Qi, everyone remember, the possibility of Cai Qi being controlled by Xi is very high, very high. Not only is Cai Qi a threat to Xi in the future, but from now on, Cai Qi actually poses a huge threat to Xi. What I am talking about is the present; another group of people is fighting with Xi Jinping, so it is very likely, who will Cai Qi lean towards? This is too important, too important for Xi. Cai Qi is like a powder keg that has not yet been ignited.
So, people in Beijing are now speculating that Cai Qi might be overseas, or perhaps he has been controlled by overseas forces. If he were indeed controlled by overseas forces, that would be a major development. Some say he cannot come out; Cai Qi has not appeared for ten consecutive days, and he has been absent from so many important occasions. Furthermore, there was a signal earlier when he was made the President of the Central Party School. Do not think that this position is a promotion; in fact, it was a way to sideline him. Now, Xi Jinping is also panicking, and Xi has begun to shift the media's direction; the media is starting to pivot. If you want to see whether the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is shifting, just look at Xinhua News Agency; Xinhua is the most important. Some time ago, didn't Xi Jinping talk about the 'Four Great Teams' of Xinhua? The 'Four Great Teams' of Xinhua were originally the Four Great Teams in Yan'an, which was the predecessor of Xinhua News Agency. It was Mao's mouthpiece; whatever Mao said, all announcements were released through Xinhua. Now, Xi Jinping also firmly controls Xinhua. I used to work in media and the internet. Back then, our media and internet worked like this: if you were running an internet business and involved news, you had to purchase content released by Xinhua; at that time, we spent several million a year. If you are in the media, you cannot just repost Xinhua's manuscripts at will—that is completely wrong; you have to pay them. That is why Xinhua is very wealthy. Where does Xinhua's money come from? It comes from all the media outlets that repost its content, which must pay tribute to it every year. Depending on the size of the media outlet, they will set a price for you. For example, small media outlets pay them hundreds of thousands a year, while large media outlets pay millions or tens of millions as tribute. These are administrative orders that you cannot escape; the CCP government has mandated it. Therefore, now that Xinhua is shifting, it means that Xi Jinping has loosened his grip.
I estimate it is very likely that Cai Qi has been controlled by these 'red princelings' (second-generation CCP elites) and 'military princelings' (second-generation military elites). Whether they will release him or not is another matter. People are now discussing that the internal situation within the CCP has reached the point of taking action. Why has it reached the point of taking action? Because Xi Jinping has already taken action. Look at the Zhang Youxia situation; up to now, the National People's Congress (NPC) has canceled the qualifications of about a dozen people. Everyone has seen this in the last two days, but it has not involved Zhang Youxia, because major events must be passed by the NPC. Although the NPC is a rubber stamp for the CCP, it is an administrative process. But so far, the NPC has not canceled or issued anything targeting Zhang Youxia. Think about it: Zhang Youxia is in Xi Jinping's hands, and it is entirely possible that the red princelings and military princelings have controlled Cai Qi. Cai Qi's security is completely different from Xi Jinping's security.
Is there a possibility—people in Beijing are guessing—is there a possibility that they controlled Cai Qi to force Xi Jinping to release Zhang Youxia? Multiple factions are currently playing a game of chess. Xi Jinping, in fact, apart from the party and government—and he only controls half of the party, as he controls the various ministries—he does not have control over the military. So, is it possible that Cai Qi has been controlled by the opposing side? Now the other side is demanding that you must hand over Zhang Youxia. Everyone is currently operating behind closed doors on this matter; there has been no formal public falling out. If it were to reach a public falling out, then a war would break out. That is why I have always said that Cai Qi is in a very dangerous position; he is at the center of the storm. Because this person is too important to Xi Jinping; Cai Qi knows everything about Xi Jinping's affairs, and he even knows the chain reactions of many of Xi's actions. Because people above report to Xi Jinping about what is happening below, but Cai Qi does not necessarily tell Xi Jinping all this information. Therefore, Cai Qi has become the biggest hub; he can order certain people to do things, and he can even change the way Xi Jinping's thoughts, ideas, or language are conveyed to everyone—this is entirely possible. So his power is immense. Moreover, it is impossible for others to see through Cai Qi; Cai Qi sees Xi Jinping as transparent, and he sees the people below as transparent, but no one can see if Cai Qi is transparent, so he knows too much. If these red princelings and military princelings can firmly control Cai Qi, then all of Xi Jinping's affairs will be exposed. Many red princelings and military princelings do not know these things; only Cai Qi knows. If the anti-Xi forces among the red princelings and military princelings obtain this information, they can convict Xi Jinping of anything they want. Beijing is very dangerous during this period.
Look, another incident happened the other day, and another one happened yesterday. People are talking about a female executive at CITIC. I estimate—well, whether it is actually this woman we don't know for sure—but this airplane that crashed into the CITIC building, I guess it wasn't necessarily aiming for the CITIC building itself; it is very likely it was heading directly toward that direction. If you look at it, it flew in from the west. I've looked at its flight trajectory: it circled first, and after circling, it headed straight toward the direction of Zhongnanhai, flying right toward the very center of Beijing. At that time, perhaps the pilot lacked such piloting experience and crashed directly into the building; it is entirely possible the person was also quite nervous. The direction was toward that target, and the impact point was also toward that target. If it was heading toward Zhongnanhai, then that would be a huge deal. Therefore, many things about the CCP that currently seem impregnable are actually completely penetrable. Look at how an airplane—a small aircraft flying down that way, and this plane didn't look all that small either. Look at the debris falling from the sky, and you can see its destructive power is also massive; crashing in at once packs a huge punch because it has speed. This incident in Beijing was quite severe. What is this building called? It's called China Zun. This is a relatively major event. Xi Jinping has also become alert now, starting to be vigilant, as this concerns the security of Beijing and the security of Zhongnanhai. During this period, all sorts of things will happen in Beijing, and after a while, various other incidents might still occur—very bizarre incidents. When you string them together, you will find that there must be something very deep-seated driving it behind the scenes.
Let's look at next week these couple of days—today is Saturday, tomorrow is Sunday, and let's see about Monday. If Cai Qi still does not appear next week, I estimate right now that it's possible Cai Qi has been detained, though it hasn't been announced publicly, or it's entirely possible he has been released. If everything has been negotiated, and supposing he is released, then I think it's very likely Zhang Youxia might just be let off lightly, assuming Zhang Youxia has already been arrested. If so, Xi Jinping has truly committed yet another heinous act, an extremely evil deed. Actually, infighting within the Communist Party is normal, but to Xi Jinping, Zhang Youxia is a benefactor who helped him, putting him up on the warhorse. Xi Jinping is simply this kind of person, just like how he treated Hu Jintao, and his methods are extremely cruel. Hu Jintao was his mentor, his adoptive parent who gave him a second life—even birth parents wouldn't help you ascend to the position of chairman—and Xi Jinping helped him reach the number-one figure position of the CCP, besides taking down Bo Xilai. Hu Jintao took down several people; back then, Shanghai's Chen Liangyu actually also had the possibility of rising upward. Jiang Zemin still had influence at that time, and Chen Liangyu, as the municipal party secretary, completely had the chance to be promoted to Beijing. Then the internal workings of the Communist Party are like this: once those at the top decide on you, you go straight up, but Chen Liangyu was targeted and brought down, and Chen Liangyu was at an age where promotion was entirely possible. Bo Xilai was also a huge challenger to Xi Jinping; if Bo Xilai had stayed, it would have been very difficult for Xi Jinping to rise. Hu Jintao struck ruthlessly and took him down directly. These people we see on the outside, these people inside the Communist Party, if you want to convict them, you can fabricate charges at will. Look at how well Hu Jintao treated him, yet Hu Jintao's ultimate end was this kind of ending. So just think about it, Zhang Youxia is in this situation now, so everyone is very clear: if you mess with my people, then I will mess with yours too. It is entirely possible that Cai Qi was detained by those military princelings and red princelings, who then subjected him to extortionate interrogation, forcing Xi Jinping to do certain things. If Cai Qi still does not appear next week, then this matter becomes huge; Xi Jinping may already be firmly manipulated, having no control or command over the military.
Well, let's wait for this, wait for the pot to open next week. That day I predicted that Cai Qi would not appear, and indeed he didn't appear. I saw that he didn't show up for either of the two important receptions during the trip to Dezhou, Shandong. In fact, Cai Qi has long entered a dangerous period. The best way out for him is to step down, the best way out is to flee abroad and disappear, which would be the best for him personally. As for the red descendants right now, the best thing is for him to be detained, which would serve as a bargaining chip to constrain Xi Jinping. Anyway, the Communist Party is in utter chaos during this period. I said late August, look at what on earth is being repaired at the Mao Zedong Mausoleum now; ordinary people don't know, but those red descendants know, they know what you are doing. What ordinary people see on CCTV's Xinwen Lianbao is Xi Jinping's great ideology every day, but those red descendants treat it like fart, like a fool. The tricks you are playing have been played for many years, and everyone knows how much weight Xi Jinping holds. So when Xi Jinping arrives, look, in a few months, Xi Jinping will have nowhere to go. I have always said what kind of period Xi Jinping is going through now, it is called a life-and-death test. He is facing a life-and-death test within the party domestically, and he is also facing an international life-and-death test. People are like this, once you reach this level, many people will not let you off in the future. People also carry their heads on their shoulders, people also have two hands, and these people also have their own influence; this country is not something you can casually manipulate however you like. Including Cambodia, you talk about Hun Sen; first, that country is small; second, Hun Sen won the country by fighting battles back then, he fought with his head tied to his waist, fighting alongside the Vietnamese army to eliminate the Khmer Rouge. Xi Jinping has completely no such experience. Xi Jinping is just a superficial thing, he has no foundation, just like China's economy. Understand? Just like the current overall Chinese economy, it has no foundation, and everything it does is low-end. Communist China up to now cannot make very high-end things, it cannot make them. Look, making a mobile phone is just a shell, with some structural parts inside, and everything else has nothing to do with Chinese technology at all; it's all bragging. This is what Xi Jinping has to face right now. He is now going through eighty-one trials, and he simply cannot pass them. Well, let's see if Cai Qi appears next week. If Cai Qi still doesn't appear within the five days of next week, something big must have happened, and Xi Jinping will definitely be controlled immediately.
Well, thank you all for watching, see you in the next program.
