美國收緊中國留學生簽證，責任全在中方

最近中共對美輿論戰的新一波攻勢是強力批判美國政府對中籤證收緊的政策。首先要明確的一點：凡是中共反對的，那就是做對了的。 The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has recently launched a new wave of public opinion warfare against the U.S., focusing its attacks on the tightening of student visa policies for Chinese nationals. One thing needs to be made clear: if the CCP is strongly opposed to something, it probably means it’s the right thing to do.

這次他們的輿論導向是“政策傷及無辜留學生”。很多反賊朋友一時不知如何應對此種論調。我這裡簡單幫大家理一理： This time, their propaganda line is that the policy “hurts innocent Chinese students.” Some dissident friends might find it tricky to respond to such rhetoric, so let me help break it down for you:

所謂“傷及無辜”本身就是中共話術裡最慣用的伎倆之一。他們從不關心誰真無辜，誰該負責，他們只想製造輿論壓力，讓美國退縮。可問題是：到底誰是“無辜”？ The claim of “hurting the innocent” is a classic CCP propaganda trick. They don’t care who’s truly innocent or who bears responsibility. All they want is to create public pressure and make the U.S. back down. But the real question is: who exactly is “innocent”?

如果一個人被洗腦多年，認同極權、崇拜暴政、在海外舉紅旗、圍攻異議者、舉報教授、打壓言論，那他還是“無辜”的嗎？思想上的主動墮落，不叫無辜，叫共犯。你來美國讀書，卻要把中共那一套帶進來，破壞這個社會賴以生存的自由制度，那美國為什麼不該防著你？ If someone has been brainwashed for years, supports authoritarianism, waves the red flag overseas, attacks dissidents, reports professors, and suppresses free speech—are they still “innocent”? Willful ideological submission is not innocence; it’s complicity. If you come to the U.S. to study but bring with you the CCP’s ideology and aim to disrupt the free society here, why shouldn’t America guard against you?

當然，並不是所有中國學生都有原罪。但在中共長期的洗腦教育下，的確有相當一部分人帶著粉紅思維、民族主義狂熱出國留學，而這些人，才是真正讓其他想認真求學的中國學生“被連坐”的原因。別忘了，是中共把你們當成統一戰線工具，是中共讓你們“站穩政治立場”，是中共給你們背後插了那面紅旗。 Of course, not all Chinese students are guilty by default. But under years of CCP indoctrination, many have gone abroad with nationalistic and pro-Party sentiments. It is these people who are the reason genuine, open-minded students get caught in the crossfire. Don’t forget—it’s the CCP that made you a tool of its United Front; it’s the CCP that told you to “hold the political line”; it’s the CCP that pinned that red flag to your back.

中共這些年對美國的滲透大家有目共睹，咱就不再舉例證明了。現在美國似乎恍然大悟，於是開始一連串動作，這是以國家安全為目的的動作。有粉紅思想就是對美國國家安全的潛在威脅，當然應該仔細排查、應禁則禁，完全沒毛病。 The CCP’s infiltration of American institutions over the years is well-documented—we don’t even need to repeat the examples. The U.S. seems to have finally woken up and has begun to act, and rightly so, in the name of national security. Individuals with pro-CCP sentiments are potential security threats, and thorough screening or even rejection is absolutely justified.

什麼是粉紅？崇拜、支援、維護一個罪惡滔天的極權政黨的人。一個人之所以能發展成為一個小粉紅，足以證明這個人：要麼蠢（容易被矇蔽，沒有洞察力，不敢質疑權威），要麼壞（明知中共所作所為，瞭解中共本質然而為了個人利益，依然選擇做中共幫兇）。這兩類人都不是美國想要的，所以，美國加強背景調查，嚴控對中共國留學生的護照發放完全合理。 What is a “little pink” (小粉紅)? It refers to those who idolize, support, and defend one of the most brutal authoritarian regimes on earth. To become a “little pink,” a person must either be: (1) stupid—easily deceived, lacking critical thinking, and afraid to question authority, or (2) evil—fully aware of the CCP’s crimes, yet still choosing to side with it for personal gain. Neither of these types are welcome in America. Therefore, stricter background checks and tighter visa controls on students from China are perfectly reasonable.

如果真心想要來美求學，那就證明自己不是一個要麼蠢、要麼壞，要麼又蠢又壞的人。首先要洗掉自己大腦中長期被中共灌輸的種種意識形態。比如：黨國不分，國族不分，黨族不分；先有國再有家，國大於家；沒有共產黨就沒有新中國；共產黨是中國人的大救星；摸著石頭過河；黑貓白貓抓到耗子就是好貓；中國國情特殊等等。 If you truly want to come to the U.S. to study, then prove that you’re not one of those who are stupid, evil, or both. Start by cleansing your mind of the ideological toxins the CCP has been pouring into you for years—such as: the Party is the country; the Party is the nation; the Party is the people; “the country before the family”; “no New China without the Communist Party”; “the Party saved the Chinese people”; “crossing the river by feeling the stones”; “it doesn't matter if a cat is black or white as long as it catches mice”; “China is special and different”... etc.

做一個有獨立思想、追求自由民主、敢於質疑權威、心存善念的留學生，美國當然不會不讓你來求學（關鍵專業除外）。 Be a student with independent thinking, a pursuit of liberty and democracy, the courage to question authority, and a kind heart. If that’s you, the U.S. won’t stop you from coming to study (unless you’re applying in a high-risk, security-sensitive field).

最後，簽證不是人權，不是義務，是美國政府根據國家利益發放的特權。你既然申請，就必須接受稽核，接受篩查，接受懷疑。你說，憑什麼別的國家有學生就不被這麼嚴格審查，偏偏中國留學生被這麼對待？誰讓中共養出來一大堆舉紅旗、喊口號、在海外給中共唱讚歌的“留學生”？要怪，就怪中共自己把這個群體搞臭了。你看，又多了一條反共的理由。 Finally, a visa is not a human right, not an entitlement—it is a privilege granted at the discretion of the U.S. government based on its national interests. If you apply, you should expect to be reviewed, screened, and questioned. You ask, “Why are students from other countries not scrutinized like this, only Chinese students?” Well, blame the CCP. They’re the ones who raised a generation of flag-waving, slogan-shouting, Party-worshipping students abroad. The CCP tainted this group’s image—so if you want to be angry, be angry at them. There you go—one more reason to oppose the CCP.
