On September 10, Shao Tianlan, founder and CEO of Mech-Mind, posted on his WeChat Moments, accusing Galaxy Core, a company valued at over 20 billion yuan and featured on the Spring Festival Gala, of fabricating revenue through related-party transactions to rush its IPO. He publicly questioned whether Beijing municipal leaders support such companies going public.
