On September 15, a fire broke out on the top floor of Building 3 of Qinshui Liting in Baiyun Subdistrict, Haishu District, Ningbo, Zhejiang Province. Thick smoke and flames were seen at the scene. Rescue footage showed a woman falling from the building near the fire department's aerial ladder. The local emergency management bureau reported that the flames have been extinguished and one person was injured and taken to hospital.
