Chen Xi Appointed Head of the Organization Department and Concurrent President of the Central Party School

On the closing day of the First Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee, Chen Xi took over the Organization Department of the CCP Central Committee and the Central Party School, breaking the convention that a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau concurrently serves as the president of the Party School.
