The wall displayed texts such as “Return my hard‑earned money”, “Beijing City Construction Company No.5 repeatedly subcontracted and colluded”, “People act, heaven watches”, accusing the project of serious violations and demanding the disciplinary inspection department to conduct a thorough investigation. The graffiti was carried out by unknown individuals, and no construction personnel responded on site.
