Police Decide Not to File Charges in Case of Former Chongqing University of Technology Teacher Li Alleged Sexual Assault - Chronicle

Li, a former master's supervisor at Chongqing University of Technology, was accused of sexually assaulting public welfare advocate Liao in June 2025. After an investigation, the Wansheng Economic and Technological Development Zone Public Security Bureau concluded there was no criminal fact and decided not to file a case. The procuratorate also did not support the application for case-filing supervision.
