Please allow me to read it. "China's position on the South China Sea Arbitration case is clear, consistent, and firm. They have no position. The arbitration violated the basic principles of international law. Therefore, the UNCLOS that you signed is in violation of international law, is that what it means? The so-called ruling is illegal, invalid, and is your way of saying it. And it is not binding, because you do not want the constraints of the UNCLOS. I want to ask you, when I was taking questions at the venue, this paper was handed to me, is this practice appropriate, and how should such behavior be handled. This is not only a lack of respect, if this is how the Chinese side expresses its position to me, then this practice is not only a disrespect to international law, throwing the UNCLOS on the ground and trampling it willfully.
