At 9 PM on September 13, rumors that Xi Jinping leaned when getting off the plane and suffered a minor stroke are true!
The video centers on rumors regarding Xi Jinping's health following his attendance at an event in India. It cites different versions of a video showing Modi asking Xi Jinping "Are you okay?", footage of Xi Jinping leaning to the left and not swinging his left arm while descending the aircraft stairs, and his absence from a banquet on the 12th as well as his failure to make public appearances for several days after returning to Beijing. The video argues that these phenomena cannot be simply explained as a headset malfunction and suggests the possibility that Xi Jinping may have suffered a minor stroke, while also discussing the likelihood of his attendance at subsequent events.

Hello viewers, today is the 17th, 11:26 PM Eastern Time. I was about to go to sleep, but I saw that many people online have already started to erase the so-called rumors about Xi Jinping having a stroke.
Now there is a group of people online posting messages saying that an international media outlet, seemingly a Russian one, reported that Modi asked Xi Jinping "Are you okay?" twice during the meeting in India. They claim this was because Xi Jinping's headset was malfunctioning, and staff members were helping him with it, after which the media released photos and videos.
I carefully watched the video they posted. In the video, there are indeed staff members on both sides of Xi Jinping helping him with his headset—the simultaneous interpretation headset—and the camera then pans to Modi. But everyone, remember this: this is a very detailed point. Modi was not speaking at all at that moment. In other words, the video they posted cannot prove that Modi said "Are you okay?" at that time, let alone that he said it twice.
I then watched the original video of Modi saying "Are you okay?". At that time, Xi Jinping was alone, and Modi was about three or four meters away from him at the meeting venue. When Modi asked "Are you okay?", there were no staff members around Xi Jinping, and no one was helping him with his headset. After Modi said this, two staff members walked directly over, Xi Jinping may have waved his hand, and they left.
So, this is clearly a narrative meant to whitewash Xi Jinping and smear the so-called rumors, claiming that overseas media are spreading misinformation. This is the second point.
Second, when Xi Jinping got off the plane, he was clearly limping. This is absolutely not an overseas rumor, absolutely not an overseas rumor; I will show you the video in a moment.
Third, on the day of that very important banquet, if Xi Jinping had no issues and was not sick—that crucial banquet took place on the 12th—why did he not attend? This is also a question. Therefore, when we assess this matter, we must rely on facts, evidence, and corroboration.
Now I will show you another very important video. This is footage published on media outlets accessible worldwide. Take a look at the way Xi Jinping walks; does his body lean to the left? He consistently leans to the left while walking. One of his arms does not swing at all, while only the other arm swings. As you can see, when he waves, only one hand is moving. The action you are seeing is mirrored, and that other arm does not swing.
Let us watch it again. He leans to one side while walking, and one arm does not swing. This is a clear sign of a mild stroke. Look at how he deliberately avoids holding onto anything, trying his best to maintain this posture. This arm does not swing at all, while the other arm swings, and later he also uses that same arm to raise and wave.
I specifically consulted with medical experts regarding this video. His arm hangs naturally without any movement, and only his right arm swings; finally, he uses his right arm to wave. This is a very clear mild stroke. It is likely that a blood vessel in the right side of his brain was blocked. This is a stroke, meaning a cerebral infarction where a thrombus blocks the vessel. This is the medical explanation.
This incident has actually blown up. As soon as this condition appeared, the media began reporting on it. When he flew from India to Beijing and arrived at Beijing Capital International Airport, if they wanted to prove he had no problems, all they had to do was have reporters film a video of him walking normally down the aircraft stairs. That would have been crucial corroboration, but there was none.
Instead, news coming out of Beijing was that he was carried off the airplane and transported away immediately. Where was he taken? I am certain it was to the 301 Hospital. Therefore, such rumors are not without basis; they have grounds. If you ask these people to explain this video of him walking, you will realize his condition is extremely serious.
Let us take another close look at this video. This video is extremely important. That arm does not swing at all, while the other arm swings back and forth. After reaching the top, that arm remains motionless and has already become stiff, maintaining that exact posture throughout.
Let me mention another suspicious point. As of tonight, the 17th, which is actually already the 18th in Beijing. From the time Xi Jinping returned on the 13th, through the 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th, and until around 11:40 AM Beijing time on the 18th, it has been nearly five days, or four and a half days. During this period, Xi Jinping has not appeared in any footage, nor has Cai Qi appeared in any footage.
There has been no genuine news regarding Xi Jinping; there are only pieces praising Xi Jinping published in outlets like Xinhua News Agency, such as "General Secretary Xi Jinping Guides High-Quality Development of the Cause of Democratic Unity and Progress." Over the past few days, I have checked the news about Xi Jinping daily, and not a single piece of genuine news exists—they are all just praising Xi Jinping. Five days straight of praising Xi Jinping daily; these are all suspicious points.
This piece of corroboration is extremely important. Some people are trying to erase the incident at the venue where Modi said to Xi Jinping, "Are you okay?", claiming that Modi said this only because Xi Jinping's earpiece malfunctioned. The video they put forward shows staff members helping Xi Jinping with his earpiece while Modi just looks on without speaking. You can check that video for yourselves.
In contrast, in the genuine video released by Modi earlier, Modi was speaking and inquiring of Xi Jinping while no staff members were around Xi Jinping. After Modi finished speaking, two staff members walked from Modi's side toward Xi Jinping, and Xi Jinping waved his hand, so they went back. Therefore, these are all suspicious points, and everyone must carefully analyze every single detail in order to uncover the truth.
If Xi Jinping had not suffered a stroke—and right now rumors are circulating that he did not suffer a stroke—then Xi Jinping should come out these past couple of days, finding any excuse would do, and a short video appearance would solve the problem. However, Xi Jinping has missed many meetings over the past couple of days, including very important ones. Having no videos and no public activities for five consecutive days is extremely abnormal.
I have mentioned before that during this period, Xi Jinping has been acting like a model worker, participating in all sorts of external activities with very high frequency. For a period of time, there were events involving him every day, with his image appearing constantly—now receiving this person, now receiving that person, now attending this meeting. Now, that has stopped.
Viewers should not be misled by these people. Some say this is the Falun Gong media spreading rumors, or that some people are muddying the waters. Let me tell you, these people all have hidden agendas. I have been overseas for eight years and have come into contact with many people; many of them have problems. The infiltration of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) overseas is very serious. Some people who repost things and write such comments might just be hoodwinked.
However, if you study these matters, how do you explain the video of Xi Jinping walking down the spiral stairs? You simply cannot explain it. A normal person does not walk like that. He is noticeably higher on the right and lower on the left, higher on the right and lower on the left. Throughout the entire process of walking up, that arm does not swing at all; it just hangs naturally without any movement and is completely stiff.
This is a stroke. If you saw someone walking like this on the street, you would know that this person likely has had a stroke, showing very obvious stroke symptoms. You can tell at a glance. If you let any doctor look at it, they will know too. A normal person does not walk like this. He is limping, walking looks very tiring and laborious, his speed is extremely slow, and walking up is very strenuous. This state is abnormal.
Let us watch how the situation develops and see what happens to Xi Jinping afterward. At the very least, I can tell everyone that a minor stroke takes seven days. I predicted that he shouldn't appear within seven days. Today is already the fifth day. If he recovers well, the condition is not very serious, or medical treatment keeps up—he has a team around him—the situation might also change.
Based on the current situation, it is actually already the sixth day, neither the seventh nor the fifth. Because the incident happened on the 12th, he did not attend the dinner on the evening of the 12th. Counting from the 13th: 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th. Today is the 18th, which is already the sixth day. He has a medical team around him, and once something happens, it must be dealt with immediately.
Furthermore, Putin attended this banquet; why didn't he? He had already arrived in India, so a major event must have occurred—a major physical event. Otherwise, it could also be that he was attacked, but the probability of that is extremely low. I think the most likely scenario is that his body suffered a serious condition, which is why he did not attend the banquet again.
Because once at a banquet, one has to talk to people and sustain it for a long time, and his physical condition would be obvious to the whole world's cameras at a glance. His hand would keep hanging down, the cameras would constantly capture his condition, and he would need to converse and speak with people. After a stroke, speaking is very difficult, and thinking is also very difficult.
I specifically made this video to explain this matter to everyone and ensure you are not deceived. Let them explain a few questions: First, why did he not attend the banquet? Second, why did he walk down the spiral stairs like that? I have already posted this video on Twitter. Everyone is completely free to find a doctor, or relatives and friends who are doctors, send them the video, and ask if this person has had a stroke, and whether there are obvious stroke symptoms.
This is completely a very obvious symptom of a stroke. A student who has just graduated from medical school could diagnose such a patient upon seeing them. If a patient walked in like this, with one hand hanging naturally without moving, a stiff body, one arm not moving, limping, and walking very slowly and laboriously, any doctor would say at a glance that this person shows signs of a stroke. A normal person does not walk like this.
This video shows that this is not a rumor. Right now, many people—especially some pro-CCP media or those muddying the waters—are trying their best to say that in a couple of days Xi Jinping might actually announce he is not coming to America, or perhaps he will come. He might have recovered and will come, with fewer reception duties so he can manage to hold on.
Xi Jinping is just barely holding on now. Look at him going to India; this kind of situation is actually him just pushing through it. He knows very well that China-U.S. relations have already reached this point. If he didn't come, some people would say it might be because the U.S. is going to sanction the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), or because the U.S. is going to make an arms sale to Taiwan. Let me tell you all, if something like that were to happen, there is only one reason: Xi Jinping has run into a problem.
It is also possible that after he arrives, he will meet with fewer people and have many people around him, because there is a team supporting him. After his special plane flies back, he will probably just sleep all the way to Beijing, until landing.
It's getting late, thank you all for watching, and see you next time.
