黄巣再び：人民は退路を失い、中共の暴政に抵抗するしかない
原文標題：當法律淪為暴政的工具，反抗就是人民的義務
最近，在中共淪陷區的網上普遍流傳著唐朝末年農民起義領袖黃巢的詩：「待到秋來九月八，我花開後百花殺。沖天香氣透長安，滿城盡帶黃金甲。」傳遞的意思是：農民起義風暴一旦來臨，腐敗王朝立刻會像「百花」遇霜一樣，變成枯枝敗葉。
Recently, a poem by Huang Chao, the late Tang Dynasty peasant uprising leader, has been widely circulated online in the CCP-occupied zones:
"When autumn comes on the eighth of September,
My flower blooms and all others perish.
Its scent soars through the skies and fills Chang’an,
The city is clad in golden armor."
The poem conveys a message: once the storm of a peasant uprising arrives, the corrupt dynasty will wither like frost-bitten flowers.
這個現象充分反映出當今民間已經對共匪失去耐心，對其能夠通過所謂的「改革」棄惡向善不再抱有希望，認清了共產體制的本性就是通過綁架國家，挾持政府來奴役人民，除了反抗，別無它法。
This phenomenon fully reflects that the people have lost patience with the CCP. There’s no longer any hope that it will reform or abandon its evil path. People have come to see clearly that the nature of the communist system is to hijack the state and hold the government hostage to enslave the people. Resistance is the only path left.
共產體制內的大小官員作為吃人機器上的組成零件，時刻都在被裹挾著與民爭利。因此，民間支持用武力反抗中共暴政的情緒越來越高漲，並且越來越被更多民眾接受和認可。
Officials of all levels within the communist system are mere components of a man-eating machine, constantly forced into competing with the people for profit. As a result, public support for armed resistance against CCP tyranny is surging and is increasingly accepted and endorsed by the masses.
同時，這種變化也引起了世界各地人們的關注。從此，武裝滅共很可能將會成為中國淪陷區民間認同的主流觀點和聲音，而且將一直持續到中共滅亡退出歷史舞臺。
At the same time, this shift has drawn attention from around the world. Armed elimination of the CCP may soon become the mainstream view and voice of the people in occupied China—and this momentum will likely continue until the CCP exits the stage of history.
據我所知，這種對中共失望後主張武裝滅共的觀點和情緒已經在民間醞釀許久，至少數年了。在很多地方，官民矛盾不斷升級，各種衝突越來越多， 因官吏侵害農民利益而觸發。
To my knowledge, this view advocating for armed overthrow of the CCP has been brewing among the public for years. In many areas, tensions between officials and citizens have escalated, with increasing conflicts, often sparked by bureaucrats infringing upon farmers’ interests.
甚至因此導致去年中共高層不得不開會決定，對地方上激化官民矛盾的官吏有限的重點整治，以避免官民矛盾進一步升級成為民怨沸騰之下導致局勢失控的導火索。
It even prompted top CCP leadership to hold meetings last year, deciding to partially and selectively discipline local officials who exacerbated official-civilian tensions, attempting to prevent these tensions from boiling over and igniting a loss of control.
大約三個月前，在山東省臨沂市發生了因為政府命令所謂的「執法隊」要強行把農民農田裡剛剛進入盛果期的桃樹砍掉，果農和「執法隊」在田地裡發生衝突，導致一名中共打手喪命的慘劇。
Around three months ago, in Linyi City, Shandong Province, a tragedy occurred when the government ordered an "enforcement team" to forcibly cut down peach trees in full bloom on a farmer's land. This led to a clash in the fields, resulting in the death of a CCP enforcer.
事情發生後不久，還是在山東省臨沂市……不過這次事情發生在蒙陰縣四十畝地村，由於官方事先沒有和果農達成任何賠償協定，而且在當事人不知情的情況下，把他的桃樹砍倒了。
Shortly after the incident, again in Linyi City—this time in Sishimu Village, Mengyin County—another event took
place. Authorities, without reaching any compensation agreement with the farmer and without his knowledge, cut down his newly planted peach trees.
幸い、桃の木は植えられたばかりでした。破壊を発見した農民は、村の書記に地方政府に電話するように頼み、桃の木が植え直されなければ、町役場に乗り込んで正義を求めるだろうと脅しました。
Fortunately, the trees had only recently been planted. Upon discovering the destruction, the farmer asked the village secretary to call the local government, threatening to storm the township office for justice if the peach trees weren’t replanted.
おそらく、その地域で以前に殺人があった影響か、あるいは村の書記が農民の性格を理解していたためか、数日後、農民は畑に新しい桃の木が植え直されているのを見ました。
Perhaps due to the previous deadly conflict in the area—or perhaps because the village secretary knew the farmer’s character—a few days later, the farmer saw new peach trees replanted in his field.
「学者と兵士では道理が通じない」ということわざの通り、道理をわきまえない中国共産党となればなおさらです。多くの農民は、地方の執行隊と道理を話し合おうとしましたが、全く無駄でした。
As the saying goes, “A scholar reasoning with a soldier is futile”—let alone reasoning with the CCP, which never abides by reason. Many farmers tried to reason with enforcement teams, only to find it entirely useless.
「土地請負法」によれば、農民が土地を請け負った後、「自主経営、自らの損益、誰にも干渉する権利はない」と規定されています。しかし今、中国共産党は任意の政策に基づいて、農民に土地に穀物を植えることだけを要求し、果樹でさえもいかなる木も植えることを禁じています。
According to the Land Contract Law, farmers have the right to “independent operation, profit and loss at their own risk, with no external interference.” But now, the CCP arbitrarily issues policies demanding farmers grow only grains—banning even fruit trees.
多くの人が彼らに反論しました。「小麦1斤とトウモロコシ1斤を売っても、ミネラルウォーター1本を買うほどの金にならない。果物を栽培すれば収入が増える。政府が私たちに穀物を栽培するように強制するなら、減収分は誰が補償してくれるのか？」
Many have retorted, “A pound of wheat and corn together don’t even earn enough to buy a bottle of water. Growing fruit increases our income. If the government forces us to grow grain, who compensates our loss?”
このような質問に答える人は誰もいませんが、農民の果樹は絶えず伐採されています…これが中国共産党支配下の中国の現実です。
No one can answer these questions. Yet the farmers’ fruit trees continue to be chopped down… This is the grim reality of CCP-occupied China.
これにより、占領地の官民の対立は調停不可能であり、遅かれ早かれ必ず戦いになることは明らかです。
Clearly, the conflict between officials and the people in the occupied zones is irreconcilable. Inevitably, a final confrontation is only a matter of time.
法律が暴政の道具となったとき、抵抗は人民の義務となる。人民が裁判所から当然の公正を得られないとき、公正を求める行動は畑で展開されるだろう。
When law becomes a tool of tyranny, resistance becomes a duty. When the courts offer no justice, the fields become the ground where justice is reclaimed.
権力者がならず者の集団になったとき、原始的な正義は至る所で花開くだろう。黄巣の詩が広く流布していることは、黄巣の行動がすでに人民の心の中で認められていることを示しており、中国共産党支配下の地域はまさにそのような歴史的な岐路に立っている。
When those in power become a band of thugs, primal justice begins to bloom everywhere. The widespread circulation of Huang Chao’s poetry signifies that the people already endorse his actions in spirit. The CCP-occupied zone now stands at such a historic juncture.
破壊なくして創造なし。共産主義専制体制が竹を割るように打ち破られ、立憲的で法治的な共和国が順調に樹立されることを期待する。
Without destruction, there can be no rebirth. We look forward to the day when the communist autocracy is swept away like a rotting wall, and a constitutional, lawful republic rises smoothly in its place.
