Taiwan's Executive Yuan announces that the 2026 Han Kuang Exercise will include a network slowdown drill
Taiwan's Executive Yuan spokesperson Lee Hui-chih announced that during the 2026 Han Kuang Exercise, a 30-minute operational network slowdown drill will be conducted for the first time, to test response capabilities when communications are disrupted.
