On March 3, on the eve of the annual Two Sessions meetings nationwide, a netizen in Beijing captured footage that appeared to show petitioners being abducted. Two of the people threatened him not to film or linger, and repeatedly tried to block the lens. The netizen retorted: Is this how you treat petitioners?
