On October 9, a woman posted a video saying she rented a Tesla in Dali through the Hello app and purchased the "full compensation for scratches" add-on, but when returning the car the rental shop demanded 4,200 yuan over a scratch. She and her mother were blocked for about two hours, and even after police mediation they still paid 800 yuan before being allowed to leave.
