The Fuzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau issued a document reminding that the “mini-week” of “one week with no days off, one week with a single day off, two days off per month” is suspected of being illegal, pointing out that under the standard working hours system, working hours per week shall not exceed 40 hours, with at least one day of rest per week.
