HRIC Report Says the Five Arrested in Washington Are All Anti-Xi Protesters, Pi Qiaohai Transferred to ICE Custody
On September 29, Human Rights in China (HRIC) released a report stating that, as confirmed by lawyers, all five people arrested at the protest scene in Washington, D.C. on September 24 were anti-Xi Jinping activists. Pi Qiaohai was subsequently transferred to ICE custody, and the reason for the transfer was not disclosed.
