Xinxin Financing Lease Provides Over 3 Billion Yuan in Financing for Hongjing Technology's Purchase of Export-Controlled NVIDIA Chip Servers
According to a Bloomberg report on October 1, Xinxin Financing Lease, led by the China Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund and with shareholding by local state-owned assets, provided financing over the past year for Hongjing Technology to purchase more than 700 servers, totaling over 3 billion yuan, of which at least one deal involved 32 servers equipped with NVIDIA B300 Blackwell chips subject to U.S. export controls, most of them deployed at China Mobile's Ningxia Zhongwei data center. Xinxin subsequently revised its filing documents to delete server model information.
