On November 2, the Affiliated Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Southwest Medical University in Luzhou, Sichuan, issued a notice proposing the procurement of cross-border unauthorized access monitoring and reporting services. The requirements include a gateway for managing the circumvention of the Great Firewall, capable of identifying, blocking, and auditing internal network circumvention activities, and retaining circumvention logs to meet the regulatory inspection and evidence collection requirements of the Cyberspace Administration and the police.
