Patient Hides Knife in Banner of Praise in Vicious Attack on Doctor at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Chinese Medicine
On September 4, 2026, a vicious attack on a doctor occurred at the Hongyan Campus of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Chinese Medicine. A patient with late-stage cancer hid a knife inside a banner of praise and stabbed a disabled attending physician 16 times, leaving him severely and critically injured.
