Guangxi Medical University WeChat Account Says Students Jumping the Wall Is Illegal, Citing Warning Cases
On October 14, the WeChat public account of Guangxi Medical University reposted an article from "Chongqing Education" stating that college students using VPNs and other means to jump the wall constitutes illegal network access, and cited cases of students placed on probation at school and two individuals criminally detained for selling VPN accounts and profiting over 1 million yuan.
