South Gyeonggi Police Agency in South Korea reported on the case in which a Chinese restaurant formerly named "Xi Jinping" was vandalized by 4 Chinese suspects; 3 of them have been issued red notices by Interpol, and the owner, fearing another attack, changed the name and resumed business on September 29.
