On October 8, a netizen posted to expose an internal "improvement proposal" at a container factory in Guangdong. In response to employees using the restroom too often and slowing down production, the proposal suggested wearing adult diapers to boost output. The employee who posted said they must submit at least one proposal every month or be fined. In the comments, one person reported that after a coworker died of sudden death on the night shift, day-shift staff were required to fill out disclaimer forms, and the company made employees swear an oath that no safety accidents would occur.
