Hong Kong Grade A office vacancy hits record high of 15.9 million square feet

According to CBRE data, the vacancy area of Grade A offices territory-wide in Hong Kong reached 15.9 million square feet (about 1.48 million square meters) at the end of 2025, with an overall vacancy rate of 17.3% hitting a record high, before falling back to 16.1% in the second quarter of 2026.
