On June 17, Judge Donnelly of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York ruled that prosecutors may use the four-page statement of facts signed by Meng Wanzhou under the deferred prosecution agreement in the Huawei trial; Huawei objected on the grounds that the company had not signed it and that Meng Wanzhou could not be cross-examined.
