Zelensky Says SpaceX Is Restricting Ukrainian Forces’ Use of Starlink Inside Russia

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Ukraine had asked SpaceX and U.S. President-elect Donald Trump to enable Starlink services inside Russia, so that Ukrainian forces could strike Russian ballistic missile launch sites. Zelensky noted that Starlink services had previously been switched off inside Russia, and that the speed at which Ukrainian forces can use them in the relevant areas is currently being throttled. He believes this is not a technical failure but a deliberate speed restriction.
