On July 15, 2026, the only bridge leading out of Lijiapu Village in Qingyuan Manchu Autonomous County, Fushun, Liaoning, was washed away by floodwaters from heavy rain. The village also lost power at the same time, and with evacuation routes completely cut off, all villagers were trapped in their homes.
