Typhoon Dolphin Causes Severe Urban Flooding in Shanghai; Residents Electrocuted to Death

After Typhoon Dolphin made landfall in Zhejiang, its impact was felt in Shanghai, Suzhou, Nanjing and surrounding areas. From August 9 to 10, the ground floors of many residences in Shanghai were flooded, some residents were electrocuted to death in their homes, and rescue workers evacuated residents from the flooded homes.
