This episode mainly discusses the investigation triggered by the flow of US military F-35 stealth fighter parts to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and the intelligence warfare logic behind the Bloomberg report. It analyzes the South China Morning Post report on Xi Jinping's failed arrangements for a meeting with Trump, tracks the connection between the unidentified pathogen outbreak in the Russian Far East and suspected biological weapons, and covers the latest developments regarding Venezuelan President Maduro and his wife being indicted in the US on additional charges including conspiracy to commit torture.

Hello, viewers, hello everyone. Welcome to today's Lude Media Dr. Yan Show on October 8, 2026. Just now, we had some issues with our system backend. For some reason, the screen sharing is not displaying the news I wanted to show you, so please wait a moment while we see if we can adjust this. We were about two minutes late because we were dealing with this screen sharing issue. But it shouldn't be a big deal, it's fine. I will start talking first while we see if the backend can get it sorted out and adjusted. First, let's look at that F-35 matter. That F-35 matter is interesting, as follow-ups have now emerged. Because the F-35 parts have already ended up in China, and China is absolutely refusing to admit guilt, absolutely refusing to acknowledge they did anything wrong. This is very interesting, isn't it? Well, let's see what progress there is today. Currently, the US Congress and the Pentagon are both investigating this matter. So today, Bloomberg released news saying that regarding China obtaining the F-35 parts, looking at this exclusive Bloomberg report, it actually has nothing to do with China, you know? What it means is that this matter was due to the US's own negligence in handling things, failing to manage the situation. Well, let's see what exactly happened, shall we? Our screen sharing still cannot display, and the new reports won't come up, so I will have to rely mainly on my verbal description, right?
How did Bloomberg put it? Bloomberg basically said that during the transit by the logistics company UPS, when shipping from Australia to the US, they missed an email. It was an issue with the UPS company, an employee's negligence. It said there was originally a warning email, explicitly stating that the warning email was sent by the freight forwarding company called DSV to the UPS employees. It specifically emphasized that this batch of parts included an F-15 cockpit canopy, as well as a weapons bay door, and this weapons bay door was coated with radar-absorbing material, which is the stealth material. Then it said DSV's email stated that in order to comply with the US International Traffic in Arms Regulations, it must not be transited through certain countries. Well, then it said, what kind of company is DSV, the company that sent the email? It is a freight forwarding company that sends controlled emails, working on behalf of Lockheed Martin, the developer of the F-35. This is all required by US regulations, and it was explicitly stated, right? For parts subject to arms embargo controls, you have to be extra careful when shipping them.
Now Bloomberg says that according to the information they have, DSV's email might have been sent—somehow or another—through an information system different from the one used by the UPS employee responsible for this business. What does that mean? It means that when this email was sent, somehow it went wrong—that's all according to Bloomberg. Bloomberg says this mix-up happened, meaning the UPS employee in charge couldn't see the pop-up notification or couldn't see the relevant warning because using their usual email system made it easy to overlook this warning. This is all what Bloomberg is reporting now. Listen to this, everyone, listen to this—do you think it sounds credible? And what did they say next? They said that according to what Bloomberg knows, on September 29—about ten days ago—Pentagon officials held an approximately one-hour meeting with staffers from the U.S. House Foreign Affairs Committee and Armed Services Committee. It specifically mentioned some details during that meeting—details about what we just discussed, such as how this transshipment actually happened and why this transshipment incident occurred, saying these details were brought up during this one-hour meeting.
Alright, we've finally fixed our backend, everyone can take a look. Just now who knows what system issue happened again, updating all day or whatever. Okay, let me say, looking at this report from Bloomberg, if you don't discern carefully and just take what they say at face value, it feels like: first, has the U.S. government already accepted this explanation? Oh, so this explanation points to Communist China having nothing to do with it? Communist China is so innocent—just sitting at home when blame falls from the sky. At the same time, it suggests that the U.S. voluntarily sent F-35 parts to Hong Kong, and in reality it was because of communication issues between UPS employees and the freight forwarder DSV, issues with the so-called email system, and so on. So Bloomberg started summarizing on this matter. As everyone knows about Bloomberg, right? Like Carney was the person Bloomberg Group loved to handpick back then, right? Carney from Canada. Okay, this Bloomberg article starts saying that its exclusive report makes everyone feel like it was a series of mistakes by the U.S. itself—whether by Lockheed Martin, or internal system oversights due to poor handovers by the U.S. government, or whatever else—unintentionally giving Communist China the opportunity to access America's most sensitive military technology. It then says that although these components and F-35 stealth technology are indeed targets Chinese spies have always aimed for, this wasn't an espionage operation conducted by Communist China itself—basically trying to whitewash Communist China.
Furthermore, Bloomberg said that this matter put the Pentagon and Lockheed Martin in an embarrassing position and also shocked U.S. lawmakers. Now Congress and the Pentagon are conducting separate investigations, demanding a review of the global U.S. weapons supply chain. Okay, setting aside what they said first, let me look at how right away this news didn't seem very convenient for Communist China's domestic official media to talk about openly. So what happened? Look at how right away, HK01, the CCP's overseas propaganda media in Hong Kong, released it, saying: look, Bloomberg News says it turns out a UPS employee missed this warning email, and that's why the incident happened. It also mentioned a specific detail, saying it was originally supposed to be shipped to San Francisco via Australia, South Korea, and Taiwan. Because here Bloomberg added another detail, saying—and I want to tell everyone here—it wasn't even supposed to go to Hong Kong at all, but for some unknown reason after reaching South Korea it went to Hong Kong and into the hands of the CCP, right? It was originally planned for South Korea and Taiwan, which of course would have made it inconvenient for Communist China to get it, right?
As luck would have it—what a coincidence—the shipment suffered a delay. Why was there a delay? For such an important part, right? It doesn't explain here, just saying that due to shipment delays, UPS adopted an expedited shipping route to speed up delivery. And with this expediting, the employee in charge missed that DSV warning email. Wow, what a coincidence! Coincidence upon coincidence, and just like that, Communist China got your F-35 parts sitting right at home. Hey, everyone, I don't know who believes this, but anyway, as that classic CCP quote goes: "Whether you believe it or not, I believe it," right? That classic quote from the Ministry of Railways back in the day. Look at HK01 reposting this—the key is the sentence at the end saying Beijing had long said it didn't know about the relevant situation, and Hong Kong also said it wouldn't comment on individual incidents. See that? A sneaky turn of narrative: look, Beijing had long said it had nothing to do with the CCP, right? What could Hong Kong do? It couldn't possibly do espionage. This thing was delivered right into my hands by yourselves—your own shipping delays, your own poor communication between each other, your own system issues—and after all that, throwing dirty water on the CCP, how could that be okay?
Do you see it now? This whole packaging is quite interesting. Alright, let's take a look at whether this matter is really as simple as he describes. Let's analyze it with common sense, shall we? Oh right, I forgot to greet everyone. Let me greet the audience, greet the 'Yi Qun Ge' (Brother Yi Qun). Brother Yi Qun says good morning, good afternoon, and good evening to everyone—covering all bases, greeting the audience worldwide. Now look, Bloomberg, through its exclusive report—and specifically mentioning that it relates to a classified meeting held here in the U.S. on September 29th—has written this story as if the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is so innocent and pure, trying to whitewash the CCP. The question is, is it possible for the details he described to occur? I think it is very possible. You see, it doesn't sound like something that makes you immediately think, 'Oh, that's impossible, that's a fantasy,' right? Could there be a delay followed by a rush to finish the work? It's possible. Could there be a change in staff during the rush? It's possible.
Could there be a new employee who wasn't familiar with the situation and missed a detail? It's possible. And could it be that because you outsourced such core technology—like Lockheed Martin's—to UPS, there were some cost-cutting measures involved, so UPS wasn't as diligent or careful when handling this order? Could that be part of it? Look at how the internet reacted after Bloomberg released the news; public opinion followed immediately. Even some members of Congress said, 'Oh, in that case, Lockheed Martin and the Department of Defense are very unreliable. You have so many loopholes in your own processes, right?' They started blaming them. And as for the CCP side, it goes without saying that they are definitely fanning the flames, right? 'The Trump administration is incompetent again,' 'Secretary of Defense Hegseth should resign,' and so on. The CCP has started dumping dirt on everyone all at once, right? But here is the problem: if this wasn't orchestrated by the CCP itself, how is it such a coincidence? When they needed to speed things up, such a major illegal loophole appeared, and it was diverted from where it should have gone—Taiwan—to Hong Kong, and Hong Kong just happened to seize it. Is this really such a coincidence?
Of course, the CCP would definitely say, 'Well, our work efficiency in Hong Kong is high. We checked and found, oh, this shouldn't have come through Hong Kong, but it did. And then upon further inspection, what is this? It turns out to be top-secret U.S. F-35 parts.' In that situation, the CCP could certainly use the National Security Law or other things, right? 'If I can take it, I will.' Hey, I'll just seize it, what can you do about it? Anyway, I want it, and this is a windfall for me. Yes, this is the narrative the CCP absolutely wants, right? And this would lead to a situation where when the U.S. tries to negotiate with the CCP, the CCP says, 'Your own reports say so, your own internal classified discussions—Bloomberg got hold of it—say it's your own mistake, it has nothing to do with us. Why should I give it back to you? I still have to investigate why you sent this to us, right? I have a lot to investigate.' Hey, the CCP feels like it has brought this game to life, do you see that? The problem is, as our audience said, 'How shameless!' Bloomberg is blatantly talking nonsense. If you break this matter down, you will find that at first glance it seems reasonable, but in reality, it cannot withstand scrutiny.
And when everyone looks again, isn't this the CCP's favorite way of playing the 'perfect crime'—doing something and then shifting all the blame? Right? 'The benefits are all mine, the faults are all yours.' When something goes wrong, you all blame each other and tear each other apart internally. Hey, I'm sitting here reaping the benefits, what can you do to me? Just tell me, what about these F-35 parts? I ask you, why was there a sudden delay when it was originally shipped? Such an important matter, how could it be delayed? Is it possible? Think about it, in those many links where the delay occurred, is it possible that some staff members were replaced? Hey, if you say there are no CCP agents inside UPS, then you are talking nonsense, right? Not to mention that I don't believe the CCP hasn't compromised insiders at UPS in Australia, South Korea, Hong Kong, or even Taiwan, right? So here, look at why the shipment was delayed at UPS in the first place. You have to consider this first; without this delay, there wouldn't be this whole string of events, right? Alright, after the delay, the other side says we are in a hurry, which is understandable.
Then this matter was handed over to what might be another group of people. The problem is with this shipment—after you accept the order, a warning email must be sent to the team. Whoever is responsible for this order will receive the warning email. Otherwise, over all these years, I don't believe no other classified parts were shipped via UPS; wouldn't they all end up all over the place? They would have either gone to Iran, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), or Russia. If you want to talk about playing this kind of game, Russia is much better at it than you, right? They would have intercepted everything. How is it that only now it suddenly appeared in this incident of F-35 parts going to Hong Kong, letting the CCP get the benefit? Right? So, is this a disconnect, or is it a disguised disconnect, right? With so many coincidences that sound so perfect, from a counterintelligence perspective, you first have to put a huge question mark on it, right? Furthermore, you say, this email, this past security warning, right? The DSV warning—Bloomberg's explanation here is very vague. Bloomberg just said, yes, after this warning was sent, the implication was that it was misread, saying that this should go to, for example, assuming I was the person originally in charge of this business, it should have gone through our email system here into my hands, right?
When I processed this shipment, hey, I would see the email. But perhaps due to a delay, it might have suddenly gone to, say, Shan'er, right? For example, it went into Shan'er's hands, and Shan'er was to handle this expedited delivery. Then maybe Shan'er did not have the receiving channel for this email warning, and maybe Shan'er had to go inside the internal system to see this email; that is possible. Anyway, I don't think this is an easily acceptable reason either, right? For example, if I can see this email, I can process this package. If Shan'er took over from me to expedite it, he should also be able to see this email, right? So, it is very hard to explain this logically, and Bloomberg just glossed over it, look at that. Then it says here, it just so happened that, for example, if I were to handle it originally, there might even be a pop-up window, but when Shan'er went to handle it, he didn't have this pop-up window, and a problem occurred right at this spot, which then led to Shan'er, who took over from me, arranging for it to go to Hong Kong. Why didn't he send it to Singapore? Why didn't he send it to Malaysia?
Why did he have to send it to Hong Kong? Think about it, how could it be such a coincidence, right? So, was this really a mistake, or was it a deliberate deployment of personnel, using a few very important moles to specifically activate some sleeper cells, making this whole thing look like those jewelry-stealing thieves in TV dramas—something that looks like a series of coincidences but is actually a meticulously designed operation?
Which genius do you think makes more sense? And anyway, it somehow fell into the hands of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in such an uncoincidentally premature manner, and they just held onto it without giving it back to you. Now, because the US exposed this matter, everyone is pointing fingers at the CCP regime's espionage activities. And let me tell you, due to the classification level of the F-35 and the severity of the involved incident, this is an event at an extremely high diplomatic level, right? So you see, before Xi came to the United States, the US leaked this matter out. By the time Xi went back, it had already been more than half a month since the news broke. Bloomberg suddenly seemed to wake up and obtained classified information. Then let's say, is it possible that during that one-hour meeting on September 29 between the Department of Defense and Congress, they discussed this possibility? Well, I don't rule it out. But look, Bloomberg really knows how to play the game; they didn't say whether Congress or the Pentagon adopted it or not, right? It's even possible that someone just mentioned, "Oh, there is such a possibility." And then others might say, "Do you think that's possible?" Just like us, spending ten minutes discussing it and saying it's impossible, this is clearly a deliberate smoke screen. But Bloomberg can take those words, put them out there, and say: "Look, look, they discussed this matter, so this matter is a fact, this is the truth." And then what about the other politicians who didn't attend the meeting or the conference, right? Especially lawmakers, and those media outlets, fanning the flames. Look at outlets like HK01, they are already hitting the key point: "Oh, China is innocent, the US messed up on its own!" And then the CCP regime can even turn around and say, "You need to compensate us for damages to our reputation," right? So with this kind of thing, let me tell you, when luck reaches this point, well, we really need to think carefully about it, right? Nobody is a fool. Of course, as for muddying the waters of public opinion on this matter, you can stir it up for a little while, but is this kind of thing really dictated by whatever public opinion says? For such highly classified military intelligence issues, let's think about it: back then, for basic versions of things like the F-15 or F-16 in Taiwan, the CCP regime offered bounties of tens of millions or hundreds of millions, right? Directly offering public rewards, laying the groundwork secretly for over a decade or decades, and arranging insiders in Taiwan, right? Not only activating them all, but also cultivating new little moles generation after generation. Yet in the end, they still couldn't get their hands on those F-16s or F-15s. So, for a technology as crucial as the F-35, for the CCP regime to arrange a few people at UPS to mess around a bit under the table, and then release some propaganda and fake information—wouldn't the cost be extremely low? Right? What's more, someone inside could take the blame; after finishing the dirty work, when the boss asks, "Oh, why didn't you check the email?" he just admits it and says, "Oh, I'm a newbie, I didn't understand that I was supposed to check this email," or "My stomach hurt that day, I had an issue at home, if worse comes to worst, just fire me." But you can't say it's a criminal offense either; missing an email can't be counted as a crime, right? Think about it, the CCP regime's current unrestricted warfare has already been played to the point where, in the end, everyone knows you are lying, but they still stubbornly try to make the story hold together. Hey, we can say that seeing this is actually a good thing, right? Bloomberg is obviously insulting everyone's intelligence here! But that the CCP regime can now—since this whole thing has only been fermenting for a total of a little over half a month, right?—in such a short period, they have recklessly thrown out all these cards—cards that make it obvious at a glance to anyone that the CCP regime is pulling tricks behind the scenes, that the CCP regime has an agenda, and that the CCP regime is making up excuses to shift blame. Isn't this just like a gambler at the table who can't keep playing anymore? Before this, maybe he had plenty of money in his pocket, right? The gambler goes and buys a bunch of chips, playing and hanging around the casino for a day or several days. Now he has no money left; within half an hour of sitting at the table, he gets kicked off. Then he crestfallenly tucks his tail between his legs and goes to see if he can sneak onto another table. Isn't it just that kind of feeling? Ah, so seeing this, I find it very interesting. Today, this is the first thing I have to bring out for everyone to see. Yeah, how could there be so many coincidences, right?
Okay, then let's look at another interesting piece of news that broke a couple of days ago, which I've been wanting to share with you. What is it? It is said that, according to a report by the South China Morning Post on the 6th—though I don't know why they released this news now—when Xi Jinping went to DC for the Trump-Xi summit, he actually had many other requests, but the Trump administration did not accept them. Do you remember what I told you before? Journalists said that although Xi didn't bring tens of thousands of entrepreneurs, he did bring a whole bunch of them who paid out of their own pockets and already had visas, flying in right behind him. On the day of the state dinner, these entrepreneurs from Xi's side didn't even know if they could attend and were waiting outside for news. It felt just like an emperor of the Qing Dynasty deciding whether to summon a minister while the minister waited outside. Later, as we discussed, when the guest list for the dinner was released, it consisted entirely of entrepreneurs designated by the US side, with not a single one flying in from the CCP's country. This shows that the trade negotiations at the so-called Trump-Xi summit were actually in name only. For things like agricultural products, you don't need those entrepreneurs anyway. Look at the list we read to you: nail clippers, traditional Chinese medicine, and all kinds of miscellaneous items, even toys that cannot have WiFi or communication functions. That list truly did not require any well-known entrepreneurs from the CCP's country, right? Having those people from large state-owned enterprises and military-civil fusion party enterprises show their faces here was useless; they were just wasted pieces once they arrived. The South China Morning Post specifically mentioned a few things about this on the 6th. What did it say? It said Xi intended to arrange for his own people to get in, specifically to attend this dinner. However, Trump reportedly said that if Xi's people came, there would be no room for his own people, meaning the banquet hall had limited space, so he turned them away. But there was another point mentioned by the South China Morning Post that we hadn't heard before. It said that when the CCP was making arrangements, they also planned to have Xi Jinping give speeches at top universities in the US, such as in Washington and New York, and they also hoped to organize some dialogues with high-level US business executives. In short, Xi wanted to be a pioneer of the times on this trip. When he came to DC for the Trump-Xi summit, he didn't just want to see Trump. Despite all his previous hesitations and excuses, he actually had his own little calculations: if he was going, he had to maximize his influence. He wanted to expand his influence to the point where he could personally scout for some useful idiots in the US business community, right? And it was said he specifically wanted to give speeches at schools like Harvard or Columbia University. Who knows what he wanted to do there? Just imagine, if they had actually arranged a speech for him, and he went there and started listing book titles again—'Oh, I am so familiar with Les Misérables, I've read Hugo's books'—and then attended the state dinner, the embarrassment would have been doubled. From this perspective, it was a good thing they didn't arrange it for him. Besides, the Trump administration's official reason for not arranging it was reciprocity. When Trump went to the CCP's country, you didn't let Trump sit down and speak as an equal with Chinese entrepreneurs, nor did you arrange for Trump to give a speech at Peking University or Tsinghua University to promote the spirit of American liberalism, right? So why do you have so many demands? Therefore, based on reciprocity, they arranged a B-2 welcome for you, gave you the highest specification of a state dinner, and personally took you to visit the National Archives; you should feel happy. Moreover, it's not like the US didn't add anything extra, right? The US went to great lengths to quietly arrange surprises like the B-1B for you, and during the state dinner, fearing you might feel homesick, they specially let you taste the pumpkin soup to remind you of past hardships and appreciate present happiness, right? Then, when you looked at the National Archives, they let you thoroughly study Chinese history and the ownership of Taiwan. So, I feel that for the South China Morning Post, it would have been better not to publish this article. When they wrote it, it made it seem like Xi Jinping was fully prepared before he went. In reality, when we take this out and look at it, you know that there is simply no way to make excuses for Xi Jinping regarding this Trump-Xi summit, right? The fifty-cent army trolls are useless, the comment spammers are useless, and the CCP overseas propaganda is useless. So by the 6th, a week after the National Day had passed, Xi was probably in a very bad mood. The Trump-Xi summit didn't go well, his previous state visits everywhere didn't go well, and the National Day tribute didn't go well either. So perhaps the South China Morning Post, including the Bloomberg story about the F-35 we just mentioned today, are just cases of digging through old files again, trying to find ways to please Xi and making up these stories, you know? This is very interesting.
And then, it gets interesting here. What is another interesting thing? It's that Putin confirmed he would attend the APEC meeting in November, right? And during this time in Shenzhen, he would meet with Trump and Xi Jinping together? The three of them meeting together, and didn't Trump also acknowledge this at the end of the Trump-Xi meeting? This matter? Everyone just needs to arrange it. Moreover, Putin specifically answered during an international conference held in their own country in early October, when he was holding a press conference with the media, saying that I am willing to meet with Trump and Xi Jinping at the same time when I go to APEC, a three-party meeting. The only requirement is that you let me know in advance what we are going to talk about, okay? So, at that time, a Reuters reporter went to ask the Foreign Ministry spokesperson, saying that Russian media reported that Putin expressed he would meet with Xi Jinping during the APEC informal leaders' meeting in November to achieve positive results. May I ask if the Chinese side can confirm what topics the two leaders will raise during the meeting? Then Guo Jiakun said, the strategy of head-of-state diplomacy is the political guarantee for China and Russia. The Chinese side welcomes President Putin to come over this year to hold this meeting together. Why? Look, first of all, this question from Reuters is asking you whether you will meet Putin at that time, right? Reconfirming that the Chinese side says meet, meet, we will meet when he comes, right? Very welcome. And then look, the Russian side followed up. TASS and RIA Novosti asked this same question at the same time. You look at the timing of this question, and you know that you have admitted it here, you admitted face-to-face that you would meet Trump at APEC, and now you have admitted again that you will meet Putin at APEC, right? So are you going to have a three-party meeting together? So look, I said the person who cares most about this is the one who proposed it, the one who is most concerned, the one who has already calculated in their stomach that they are coming to stir up trouble, isn't it Russia? So look at Putin, hey, this proposal to have a China-US-Russia three-party meeting at APEC, saying that exchanging views through a meeting and understanding each other's positions is beneficial. The key is to determine the meeting topics. Hey, the Russian reporters came up together to ask what the Chinese side's comment is on this? Hey, why do we say that the reporters in dictatorial countries, when they ask questions, their positions and so on are all prepared in advance? What, they come up and say this thing is beneficial, we proposed it, you CCP China, what do you think? Right? It is very difficult for CCP China to deny this matter. Ah, playing dead, right? So, Guo Jiakun was forced to have no choice but to say, as the host of this year's APEC, the Chinese side is willing to work with all parties to promote fruitful results for the APEC China year and make new contributions to promoting economic growth in the Asia-Pacific and the world. Then this sentence is equivalent to when you don't know what to answer, when following a reporter's question, everyone usually says, Oh this is a good question. Yes, yes, it's worthy discussion. Ah, this question is asked well, very worthy of discussion. In fact, the brain is thinking there, hey, how should I answer this question? Can I answer it? Should I answer it? Right? So Guo Jiakun's sentence came out, it was just that his brain was running fast, being forced into a corner by the Russian TASS and RIA Novosti, and finally forced out a sentence, regarding the question you raised, specifically about the three-party meeting, I currently have no information to provide. Oh my, you say that Xi has already confirmed that he will meet with Trump, Trump has also confirmed that he will come, and you have also confirmed that you will meet Putin, because Putin will also come, and you are the host, there is no saying that you won't meet after they come. You are playing dumb and hiding here now, right? Then why do I say this is like an ugly bride afraid to meet her parents-in-law, what Xi is afraid of now is a three-party interrogation. Hey, don't look at it as if the three parties are equal, in fact, there is a lot to be brought up, not to mention that there is also the plague problem recently, right? Ah, once this plague came out. Today it is said that Putin's special envoy or some special assistant ran to Beijing again, right? I don't know if it's to discuss the epidemic prevention together. Let's just say this plague matter is absolutely confusing. A few days ago we told everyone, many possibilities, right? Hey, we didn't expect, today we saw more of this from Russia, and other aspects, the most important thing is still based on these news sources from Russia, including Russia, although it is a country that gags, it is also a dictatorial country, but compared to CCP China, relatively speaking, their press freedom is still a little bit more. So there are some, for example, independent media interviewing the mother of the deceased, because now we have also said, is it one dead or two? The first case of the 28-year-old female researcher is confirmed dead, but the second case is now debated, right? The local Russian side also does not admit it, and other media have no way to personally collect evidence, so we only talk about this first case. The things that came out today, hey, it is that the direction of development is even stranger. However, San Pao, this point of his, and many points of the judgment we made in advance for everyone, feel like they are coinciding, right?
Actually, I really don't want to see the worst-case scenario I mentioned, where the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) releases some new pathogen—perhaps even something like a modified plague virus or something else, right? Something untreatable, where antibiotics or standard plague treatments don't work, and then they release this poison in Russia to frame it as a Russian biological weapon. They might want to use this opportunity to break up the upcoming U.S.-Russia strategy of aligning with Russia to destroy the CCP, right? That is what we discussed. I actually least want to see this possibility, but let's be realistic and look at today's newly updated content, alright? Come on, take a look and see if this is indeed the case.
This is increasingly turning out just like the most terrifying scenario I analyzed for everyone in advance. Look at this, my Meituan translation of this—well, this 28-year-old girl was actually quite pretty, right? Looking at her, she seems like such a kind and earnest little girl, not frivolous at all, it's truly a tragedy. The issue now is that after this girl died, the final conclusion given was an unknown pneumonia, right? Russia currently does not admit it's the plague. Her mother has stepped out to speak, giving a series of interviews to local independent media, and now the entire internet—both English and Russian media—is talking about this matter.
This mother isn't just an ordinary person; she is a local medical worker, 64 years old, named Svetlana Shipilova. Her statement publicly questions the previous pervasive narrative that her daughter had dropped a test tube in the laboratory, contracted pulmonary plague, suffered delayed treatment, and then died.
See that? Here she specifically emphasizes to the media, stating that the research uses test tubes in that local institute and other laboratory containers, which are completely unlike what outsiders speculate. It's not like what outsiders vividly describe, as if during an experiment a test tube just broke and she got infected.
And it matches what I've been saying instead. She herself also said that this is strictly protected and it's impossible for the test tube rupture and leakage accident described by your media to happen. Well, you see, this is consistent with what everyone can go and check out regarding our content from a few days ago analyzing the Russian plague, which Nuomituan also compiled. We specifically talked about it: you see, this plague level is also a plague biotechnology research institute, right? You are a BSL-3 laboratory. First of all, I also saw some people on Twitter posting inexplicable pictures recently, showing some elementary or middle school students having computer class or some experimental class, sitting at individual desks with glass partitions, and the top is open, like in a big classroom, and people wearing...
lab coats saying, 'Oh, this is the experimental condition of that Far East Plague Research Institute, no wonder it spread.' That is pure nonsense! At best, if the photos are true, that's where people in the research institute's office do computer work, take notes, and do some of those safety tasks. If it's true—though I doubt the density looks real, and I think the source of the pictures is questionable because they're being reposted everywhere online. I said, when this thing is being done, something like the plague, as long as it's alive, it must be in a—before it's completely dead and completely inactivated, it must be done in a BSL-3 laboratory. So that's why here.
All the rules and regulations—those Russian laboratories that specialize in biological weapons, even if they are poor now, wouldn't have such huge loopholes in these basic areas. And why did her mother say that? First, this story about a test tube breaking is fake. Her mother said, only laypeople who don't understand laboratory equipment and aren't in the field would believe that narrative.
Right? In other words, how exactly did her daughter get infected with this unknown pathogen? The root cause is now being questioned by her own mother, and since the mother is a professional, her questioning is even more credible, right? And there's another point that is also very interesting and worth paying attention to. Her mother is now publicly accusing the hospital of failing to treat her daughter effectively, because, as the media reported, right? Although you might say the narrative about how she got it might be this.
Very few people can verify it, but when exactly was she sent to the hospital? How was the treatment delayed? Her mother definitely has more say in this, right? You saw with your own eyes your daughter suddenly become critically ill, and then it was like this. Her mother said this: as a medical professional, she herself has treated more than one patient with similar severe symptoms in the past.
But now, after her daughter entered that hospital, because of severe respiratory failure, she received ventilator support, and in the end, the doctors couldn't save her daughter's life. Her mother said, they just watched my daughter die, and she has been dead for several days, and to this day, there is no official determination of the cause of death. She needs a medical document with legal effect that officially determines the cause of death, and it still doesn't exist! Ah, you see, this seems to be saying that the doctors were ineffective in their treatment, but if you think about it from another angle, that place of theirs is a place that studies plague.
There are also rat infestations in the local area, right? That place in Siberia is also close to Mongolia, and it definitely has wild forests and such in the surrounding area, so there could be these wild animals that carry the plague. And there must have been sporadic cases every year in the local area.
Cases where people were infected by various pathogens carried by rats and then had to be treated—this is something you can figure out just by thinking about it. For example, do you remember when we talked about the sudden outbreak of hemorrhagic fever in Xi'an at the end of 2021 and the beginning of 2022? Actually, every year—I remember I said this on Lude Media at the time—there are these sporadic cases, but that year's outbreak was exceptionally strange, and it hasn't broken out like that since, right? The problem is that sporadic incidents won't trigger such high vigilance and reaction from professionals. Like.
Every year there are, including messages from our audience and so on.
They say, 'Oh, Dr. Yan, another case of hemorrhagic fever appeared in such-and-such a place, is it very scary?' 'Oh, another case of highly pathogenic avian influenza broke out in such-and-such a place, an H5N1 patient died, is it very frightening?' I usually, if I have the chance, I will say, I say that sporadic cases happen every year, including people being saved and people dying; it does not mean it will lead to an outbreak or a pandemic, right? Conversely, the monitoring of these things actually has certain indicators for different diseases every year. For example, one or two cases appearing in this region every year is acceptable; it is a normal probability. It is like this. So her mother's.
Meaning is actually that the local area's treatment of plague, or even similar diseases—because we don't know what her specific symptoms were, it's just said that it's like pneumonic plague—then pneumonic plague has pulmonary symptoms, right? Including coughing up blood, bloody sputum, and these things, including pulmonary edema and so on, including bleeding, especially pulmonary hemorrhage and fever, right? These things, but can you say these are absolutely specific symptoms? Like, once these symptoms appear, 'Oh, this must be pneumonic plague, absolutely nothing else'—it's not like that. It has similar symptoms, and even, are there other?
Strange symptoms, or symptoms that shouldn't appear in pneumonic plague, appearing on her? We don't know now, right? So her mother's point is, even if my daughter had pneumonic plague, or if there was this naturally occurring disease in the local area, we have seen it in medical facilities, right? She is a medical professional in her sixties who has dealt with these things her whole life, so how come she has never seen a case like my daughter's? That she just couldn't be saved? Her mother is questioning this, do you understand? And do you remember I told everyone, I said her onset was quite strange. You think, if she was infected in the laboratory, first, let's say you have to do preventive treatment, right?
You know, it's like back in our country years ago when hepatitis B had a high incidence rate. With hepatitis B, how did you handle it? If you felt you might have come into contact with someone who had hepatitis B and was infectious—right? Whether through saliva, blood, or whatever—you might go to the hospital in advance to get an injection of immunoglobulin, and then right away, you'd say, "Block it for me in advance." Is that what this means? Including AIDS, sometimes they block it for you in advance; these are all called prophylactic treatments. Regarding this case, it's said that four days later she went to the hospital, and then inside the hospital, she died within three days without being cured, right? And conventional treatments reportedly didn't work.
Actually, I've already laid the groundwork for everyone before: if it's not the plague bacterium, not this kind of current plague, pneumonic plague, and not weaponized plague—if it really isn't any of these, and it might not even be a bacterium—then indeed, antibiotics would first of all be almost useless, right? That would almost mean that using antibiotics was just delaying treatment, right?
So here comes the question!
Let's look at the date of her onset of illness.
If it were the plague, especially laboratory pneumonic plague, symptoms usually start showing within twenty-four to forty-eight hours. She went to the hospital four days later—why? When she couldn't breathe, when she had a fever and coughed up bloody sputum, didn't she think of going to the hospital? Impossible! But in reality, as I said at the time, the onset of illness at that time was relatively slow. If true, it is actually quite suspicious, because viral hemorrhagic fevers have many similar symptoms. Especially if these are weaponized viruses—if hemorrhagic fever viruses are weaponized, it's even more likely, for example, that they are specifically designed to mimic the symptoms of pneumonic plague, right? All of that is possible. How do you know they can't make it, right? If that's the situation, then you...
Viral infections actually usually have an incubation period of, you know, three to five days, or five to seven days. Hey, this timeframe actually makes more sense, I tell you, it sounds more reasonable, right? So her mother's current point is actually: can you finally determine what exactly caused my daughter's death? Give me an explanation. Why is it that we have so much experience here, but couldn't cure it—where did the problem lie? Right? This goes back and forth and returns to what I was telling everyone: is it possible that Russia itself doesn't even know what this is? Right now they're staring at the sequencing results.
What on earth is this thing? Right? And there's more to it. She said that since the family members were also quarantined right away—the local authorities said only about 200 people were quarantined. Just think, the local population is less than 100,000, a place with a total of 60,000 to 70,000 people, so this proportion is actually quite high, right? Now, the daughter's body still cannot be buried, so her mother says that how the daughter is laid to rest is also a huge matter, and the psychological pressure is very heavy. This is all very reasonable, right? So now, of course, Russia is still being opaque about this, which is just like—
Russia being opaque also has precedent, right? After all, during Chernobyl, Russia wasn't transparent either, right? Anyway, Russia denies that a laboratory accident involving dangerous pathogens occurred in the research institute. That is to say, if you connect all this and look at it, is it possible there was no accident in the lab? Is it possible that the so-called story of the girl personally recounting before her death that it was a plague experiment—that this, uh, this issue of breaking a test tube was intentionally used by someone right from the start to seize the window and spread fake news?
It's all possible! Just think back to that hijacking incident we talked about, right? In that hijacking incident, everyone was still alive, and yet the first thing that came out was that a Russian and a Ukrainian were flying the plane, had a verbal argument in the cockpit, which later turned into, uh, the captain and the co-pilot having a physical conflict inside, shoving each other, and finally successfully making an emergency landing.
Isn't that the idea? Hey, just think about it. I said at the time, if this hijacking had succeeded, wouldn't false information be even more overwhelming and rampant during your investigation? So look at this matter: if, as we say, it is an act of terrorism, if it is a fuse—well, then indeed, under that assumption, if the Chinese Communist Party deliberately released a poison here, then indeed, the very first thing accompanying it would be fake information and narratives. Even when the family members couldn't figure it out, even when the officials couldn't figure it out, they would first muddy the waters.
Hey, that fits this pattern very well, it fits this type very well, right? Hey, everyone is concerned about whether it was intentionally released? Yes, yes, everyone is concerned. Right now, well, Russia is publicly stating that there is no evidence of microbial leakage from the lab, and no dangerous pathogens related to the work were found in relevant testing. Just this sentence, if true—because I'll say it again.
Regarding this plague laboratory, if a staff member died of the plague and it caused such a stir, to be honest, Russia's attempt to cover it up is like 'burying 300 taels of silver here'—it makes no sense. Because you see, in every laboratory, there is a possibility of staff members getting injured or dying due to accidents. Look at our lab at the University of Hong Kong; before I went there, I heard Ma Heng and others tell me personally that after the SARS outbreak, a young researcher...
He infected himself with the SARS virus while conducting experiments. It didn't cause any spread, but it seems he died. However, this matter was suppressed because the media outside didn't know about it at all; it was blocked. Then, like when I was studying before, I also knew, for example, around 2009 or 2010, there was a female lab technician at the Qingdao University Medical College who was working with HIV and infected herself with a sample. I don't know what the final outcome was, but these things were also suppressed from the start. But the problem is...
At a time like this, when the whole world is watching, you say that a staff member at the plague research institute died, and it's an isolated case, and then you insist that there is no connection between the pathogen she worked with and the deceased. This is actually detrimental to Russia's handling of the situation. It would be better if, under these circumstances, since everyone has noticed, they just said, 'Oh, she accidentally infected herself with the Yersinia pestis she was working with, and then she delayed treatment or something, and unfortunately, she died, but we have it under control.' Russia wouldn't be stupid enough to act like this. I'm telling you, I just can't accept this.
I have never doubted that Russia would release a virus, or do this or that, or develop biological weapons. Is there a possibility they could do these things? I'm just saying, let's talk about the same thing. First, the CCP is more adept, more willing, has tasted the sweetness of it, and has more experience. Second, the situation has already developed to this point; how stupid would Russia have to be?
They would have to be even stupider than the CCP was back in Wuhan to let things get into such a mess, and then still insist that the deceased female didn't come into contact with any pathogens in the lab, claiming they still don't understand the cause of death. You see? This actually makes people feel, 'Wow, you really can't handle this, can you? Can you actually manage it? What is going on?' We all have to keep an eye on you, and then discuss every day that Russia and the former Soviet Union were developing biological weapons, and oh, are Putin and his people going crazy again? You see? By putting themselves in this whirlpool, it's like they are digging their own graves. It doesn't fit the logic of how Russia does bad things, you understand?
So, including what you see here, actually, experts outside who know the field are saying the same thing as I am. For example, Russian epidemiological experts also say that the anti-plague research institute has professional protective equipment, and even if a test tube breaks, it doesn't necessarily mean infection. Of course, the WHO has rushed in immediately. You have to be transparent with us; we don't know, right? Let me show you more details related to this. There are more media details here saying that...
It says here that nearby hospitals... it says here that the authorities are now implementing large-scale quarantine measures on the institute and nearby hospitals. Employees of the institute were even locked in the building for three days, having to sleep on floors and chairs while waiting for test results. Another hundred or so contacts have been reported to be under medical monitoring. Let me tell you this: if this is true...
If this girl caused such a big incident in her own lab, and she didn't even know she had done it, and then she went out to sea and moved freely in the outside world, and then was sent to the hospital four days later and died despite treatment... Then I tell you, based on her state of illness, you tell me, why haven't the employees in the institute collectively fallen ill yet? This is why I told everyone early on about COVID-19. You say what? There was a narrative circulating at the time, and many researchers in the US were still very...
Very seriously saying, 'Oh, there's a female graduate student named Huang Yanling, and later her name didn't appear on the wall of the Wuhan Institute of Virology, and this graduate student is missing, and she is Patient Zero.' I told everyone long ago that this kind of narrative can only fool those who don't know the industry. Not to mention that Huang Yanling herself is still alive; she went back to her hometown in the Northwest after graduation to work, and later she even appeared herself to debunk the rumors.
Let me put it this way: there is no such thing as people in a research institute seeing someone who is making biological weapons or handling dangerous biological materials have an accident, and then just continuing to work as usual, saying, 'You do whatever you want, I don't care.' Even if the pathogen is secretly being transmitted among us, 'Oh, we don't care, we're just going to work as usual.' That is impossible.
The Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) never implemented such a lockdown back then. And regarding the WIV, as I have said, I have the source for this, right? They told me immediately that the WIV was working normally, doing their jobs, and they had already obtained the sequence of the novel coronavirus from patients in Wuhan by mid-December. It’s just that the central authorities told them to keep a low profile and not let others see that the WIV was involved, right? And now, they are not allowed to publish this virus sequence because it has to align with the central narrative.
Also, regarding that Huang Yanling—our show has already talked about this, I’ve repeated it in my program, both in Chinese and English—the real Huang Yanling is not Patient Zero, nor is she the female graduate student they mentioned. She was from Wuhan. What was she? There was a hospital in Wuhan that cooperated in the pandemic response, was it the First Hospital or the People's Hospital? There was a respiratory doctor named Huang Yanling, quite old, in her forties or fifties back then, and she seemed to be at the director level. This person exists online; you can look it up yourselves. The names are exactly the same, but the people are not. This respiratory doctor, Huang Yanling, because she participated in the frontline pandemic response and was one of the leading doctors in the designated hospitals that treated COVID patients earliest, she became infected with COVID, and then, it was done quietly.
Right? It wasn't announced. Later, she was given an award, some kind of 'anti-pandemic hero' award. Later, this was a case of mistaken identity—the graduate student Huang Yanling, Patient Zero, the laboratory, breaking test tubes, or accidental leakage due to poor lab safety—they just made all that up. That is why I tell everyone that this theory doesn't hold water, understand? Including, look at how I’m talking about this now—as soon as the plague broke out in Russia, the issue of Sino-Russian biological weapons and unrestricted biological warfare was brought back to the table. Look, by taking this opportunity, we can bring up many details that our audience friends haven't fully grasped yet and talk about them again, right?
And there is another detail in this report, I remember, let me show you.
Look, it repeatedly emphasizes that it was not a container leak, and it says the girl was hardworking, dedicated, and simple-hearted. Her former classmates also expressed skepticism about the lab accident theory, believing that it is very unfair to blame the deceased before the outside world has even investigated clearly. They said that anyone who knew her knows how serious and responsible she was; the whole thing makes no sense. See that? Ah, I don't need to talk about Tedros; Tedros now speaks on behalf of the WHO, ah, what he says is as good as saying nothing. What's interesting is, look, Maria Van Kerkhove, the head of the WHO's Epidemic and Pandemic Management Department, also spoke out immediately, saying that the outside world still doesn't know the cause, ah, we need to know, this Van Kerkhove.
Although, according to her position, it was her turn to speak, I still have to mention to everyone again: Van Kerkhove was trained by Malik, she is Malik's protégé. Because Van Kerkhove's PhD thesis was on H5 new influenza, done at the Pasteur Institute in Cambodia, and back then Malik used our lab's data quite a bit to help her write and publish papers, doing good deeds without leaving a name. And after Van Kerkhove graduated, she quickly entered the WHO, and Malik used the data from Ma Heng to pave her way for academic promotion. Hey, these are all little puppets of the Communist International manipulated by the CCP, so I specifically want to mention this again.
Then, look, there is also a report from the Baikal Medical Journal saying that local health departments took extensive epidemic prevention measures. For example, neighbors said, the place where the deceased lived, this is the research institute, the deceased's residence was also a two-story brick building, and after her death, it was disinfected multiple times. The on-site staff wore white protective suits and gas masks, using strong-smelling disinfectants. And then, the Russian media said that a local female resident asked, 'What are you disinfecting for?' Ah, the staff brushed it off, saying, 'We are exterminating cockroaches.'
Then the neighbor said, 'We don't have any cockroaches here at all!' And in fact, it was only later that they found out, when the rumors of the plague came out, that the disinfection personnel were also wearing protective suits.
From this point of view, I actually think, why I have always told everyone not to worry too much about this incident, unless—of course, if they have it simultaneously, if this was an intentional release, if they are releasing it in different cities and different regions one after another, that is a different matter. If you are just talking about this girl's infection, assuming it is finally proven to be a new type of biological weapon that was intentionally released, look at the current narrative, there is one point that everyone can be slightly reassured about: whether it is a virus or bacteria, at least we see that its transmissibility, especially since a week or two has passed, right? Although you might say the quarantine period hasn't fully ended, it looks like, hey.
The transmission efficiency really cannot compare to COVID back then; otherwise, we would be seeing a lot of reports about symptoms emerging right now, wouldn't we? So from this perspective, those who are particularly worried about an epidemic breaking out don't need to worry too much. Also, regarding other reports over here, border inspections have now started to step up, and neighboring countries have begun tightening quarantine measures, right? In addition, even local obstetrics and gynecology hospitals and similar places are doing this.
When pregnant women go for prenatal checkups, they are required to undergo all sorts of disinfection, fill out questionnaires, list whether they have any suspicious symptoms, and so on. But here is something I want to point out: I'm not sure if the local media reports are actually factual and without misreporting, or if someone misunderstood something. Anyway, did you see this? This CNN report mentions that when a local pregnant woman was interviewed, she said medical personnel told her it was an unknown new virus requiring extra protective measures to protect newborns.
If this report is accurate and based on facts without any retelling errors, then this matter begins to verify what I discussed with you previously—how it shifted from the plague back to an unidentified pneumonia, and to this day the pathogen still hasn't been announced. If the doctors have already revealed to these patients that this is an unknown virus, a new virus...
Then you really have to consider viral hemorrhagic fevers, such as hantavirus, which are also often transmitted by rodents, right? Back in 2021, the definitive information we received was that the hemorrhagic fever problem in Xi'an at the end of 2021 was the the Chinese Communist Party conducting experiments, using humans for experiments, with several different hemorrhagic fever viruses spreading in the community, right? After it first started spreading, different facilities like the Fourth Military Medical University's Tangdu and Xijing hospitals admitted patients and internally performed pathogen testing, placing different patients into different wards to facilitate their management and data collection. This experiment, specifically, had one of its major purposes...
Acquired from Johnson & Johnson by Janssen Pharmaceuticals, a new drug called Dazarec or Dazamax for treating anti-leukemia and anti-multiple myeloma, as well as anti-blood cancer, right? That anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody. At that time, the the Chinese Communist Party felt that, hey, most hemorrhagic fevers—supposedly, in their view, apart from Ebola—should fall within the therapeutic scope of anti-CD38 monoclonal antibodies, which is why they needed to run these experiments, right? Just think about it.
A few days ago, I emphasized again that when we talk about viral hemorrhagic fever, we mean a series of different viruses that cause common symptoms of bleeding and fever—those viruses that can be used as biological weapons. But if it's the plague, it's a bacillus, Yersinia pestis; bacteria and viruses are completely different things. Now look, CNN and local media are both starting to say...
Medical staff are pointing out that this is a new virus. I'm telling you, if the victims died from a bacillus, no matter how much this thing has been modified in a lab using previous biological weapon alterations and turned into something unrecognizable even to its own mother, it is still a bacterium, you understand? They couldn't possibly modify Yersinia pestis and turn it into a virus; there's no such modification method, you understand? So this point right here is extremely worthy of attention.
If this ultimately gets attributed to a virus, then we'll have to talk about it, right? Since we've reached this point today, and our audience cares deeply about this issue, we have to talk about it. Just don't let it turn around later! Doesn't the Chinese Communist Party constantly claim nowadays that we care a lot, that we have a no-limits partnership with Russia, that we are cooperating, and that we appear completely unfazed and highly cooperative, right? It doesn't look at all like a neighboring country experienced such a major event and that I need to hurriedly seal the borders—not afraid at all. The Chinese Communist Party seems quite confident after those military exercises! This Dazarec, whose Chinese translation is Zhao kesu, Dazarec...
Let's first say, regardless of what dosage form it finally gets turned into, we are talking about something whose essence is simply an anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody. Whether it's subcutaneous injection, intravenous injection, or whatever, let's address this first. We must reiterate the intelligence provided by Lei in this regard.
If everyone eventually sees this officially characterized as a new virus that behaves like pneumonic plague, featuring bleeding and fever like a hemorrhagic fever virus, don't worry about what it's called or what its origin is. If that turns out to be the case, and if someone eventually discovers somehow—especially someone like the Chinese Communist Party or pro-CCP scientists—that they suddenly and immediately found out, 'Oh wow, major discovery, we can use anti-CD38 for treatment,' then let me state this narrative right here today, and everyone can just investigate the biological weapon research institutes of the Chinese Communist Party. Every single check will be spot-on, because this is the extremely solid evidence provided by Lei back then, and we discussed it with everyone at that time.
In the beginning, Janssen, because they were working with Johnson & Johnson on R&D for this joint venture, had access to a lot of the data from the early experiments on this drug. They discovered that it wasn't just effective for treating myeloma; because hemorrhagic fever viruses cause an increase in CD38 levels in the body during the progression of the disease, the theory was that if you could suppress it, you could theoretically treat the condition. That was their logic—a very simple one. While others were focused on leukemia, blood cancer, and multiple myeloma, the CCP, once they got their hands on this, thought, 'Hey, most of these hemorrhagic fever viruses, despite having different names, share similar mechanisms, including things like Hantavirus. Could we consider using this monoclonal antibody to treat them?' That’s why they were so fixated on it. That’s why, later, around 2022 and 2023, you saw Janssen China turning it into a domestic version. I’ve told you before that the CCP has a special obsession with this anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody. In recent years, following the hemorrhagic fever outbreak in Xi'an, the CCP included it in their medical insurance coverage. It’s supposed to be a niche drug with a limited patient base, and the CCP’s insurance doesn't cover this or that, yet they included this. Furthermore, they used this as an opportunity to have manufacturers all over the country produce different brands and formulations—it feels like they are determined to stockpile a massive amount! If you look at the proportion of myeloma patients, how many are there really? If you prepare that much medication, won't it expire? Isn't it expensive? Anyway, since we are on this topic today, I have to tell you more about it.
Didn't I mention this before? I remember talking about it on the Lude Media show. Back in 2021, when I first heard about DARZALEX (anti-CD38), I hadn't even considered that line of thinking, so I did a search. I found that in Xi'an, there was indeed research being done on this. You see, Xi'an Jiaotong University, in collaboration with enterprises in Shanghai and laboratories at the Xi'an Fourth People's Hospital, published a joint paper on the connection between CD38 and hemorrhagic fever. That paper was published in September 2021, before the community outbreak of hemorrhagic fever in Xi'an. Since then, the CCP has consistently invested funds into this. Looking at public literature, here is another paper I found for you to see. This paper was published in 2025, also from Xi'an. You see, it involves the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University, their Center for Infectious Diseases, and their Biobank. The 2021 paper was published by the viral laboratory and clinical laboratory at the Eighth Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University. In short, it’s all related to Xi'an Jiaotong University. This paper specifically discusses Hantavirus-induced hemorrhagic fever with renal symptoms. They conducted tests and found it very significant, specifically mentioning later on that CD38 is a potential therapeutic target. Although the paper doesn't detail exactly how to treat it, if you look at the charts and the conclusions, they state that one of the most significant findings of their analysis is that CD38 could potentially be used as a therapeutic target in the future. In other words, the relationship between CD38 and hemorrhagic fever viruses, and its potential for treatment, has been something the CCP has been tracking all along. So, I’m telling you, don't let them end up claiming that this unknown pneumonia in Russia is caused by a new virus, and then, by such a coincidence, it turns out CD38 can treat it—or even if you don't call it a miraculous cure, let's just say it plays a major therapeutic role. If it helps many patients recover more easily when combined with other supportive treatments, or if it causes the mortality rate to drop rapidly, as long as it has a therapeutic effect, I tell you, this matter is basically a done deal. You can just check the CCP’s records, and you’ll find the truth every time! Let’s mark my words.
Let's get back to this, there is another interesting topic to talk to you about today. The CCP's CCTV reported it immediately, but the CCP didn't dare to say much, right? It was just a two-sentence news report, saying that according to US court records on October 8, local time, Venezuelan President Maduro and his wife Flores were charged in the United States with conspiracy to commit torture. Ah, look at the wording used by the CCP: "The US launched a large-scale attack on Venezuela on January 3, forcibly controlled the Maduro couple, and brought them back to the United States." I don't know, did they think the US broke into their house and kidnapped them as hostages? Right? The CCP didn't even use this wording when talking about Hamas on October 7, oh. Then it said that on January 5, the Maduro couple appeared in the Southern District Court and rejected the criminal charges, and that the international community generally condemned the United States for seriously violating Venezuela's sovereignty and threatening peace and stability in the Latin American region. Isn't it true that when Maduro was in power, the CCP would say, "Oh, Venezuela says this is their internal affair, and the US has no right to interfere"? Now that Maduro has been arrested, right? Rodriguez is in power, and when they went to the UN, they went to New York, but they didn't visit Maduro, nor did they pay any attention to him. On the contrary, they kept expressing gratitude to the US government for arresting Maduro, allowing the Venezuelan people to live a new life and have a good future. As a result, the CCP doesn't say it's their internal affair anymore; they themselves have said it's fine and have thanked the US government. The CCP is there again saying the international community generally condemns it. Condemns what? The CCP is heartbroken and terrified when they see this, isn't it? It's not mainly because they feel sorry for Maduro; they are worried about the future. This is setting an example for Chairman Xi. How scary is that! Originally, they thought if Chairman Xi could have a better ending, not like that, right? A sublimation in an instant, then it's possible to still stir up trouble at the MDC. But look, after he went there, for more than half a year, there hasn't been much of a splash, and instead, new charges have been stirred up. So you say conspiracy to commit torture? You talk about this torture, is Chairman Xi unaware of all the persecution and torture in the CCP? Doesn't he personally command everything? Ah, so you say why the CCP had to say immediately, "Oh, this matter is the US being unreasonable again." They are very afraid. The "Little Pinks" and the leaders all understand it; they just don't dare to tell Xi the truth, right? They are covering it up here. Isn't it that the US Department of Justice released this new—no, not new, it's a supplementary, additional indictment? Just like I said about Guo Wengui later being additionally charged with RICO, including the fact that Zhang Wanying will most likely be charged with other crimes as well, right? This indictment, let me roughly go over what it is for you. It is that now, on top of the previous charges, Maduro and his First Lady Flores have been additionally charged with conspiracy to commit torture, narco-terrorism, conspiracy to import cocaine, and weapons-related crimes. The Attorney General specifically made a statement on this matter today, saying that this is all content aimed at investigating the crimes allegedly committed by the Venezuelan presidential couple against their own people and the American people. Therefore, this additional indictment reflects the determination of the current US government to seek justice for the victims of torture, drugs, terrorism, and organized crime. The FBI Director also said that the charges in the indictment show that the Maduro regime has subjected US citizens detained by the Venezuelan government to torture, including drugs, electric shocks, sexual assault, and other means. Then, it specifically mentioned, including thanking the Department of War for its coordination, etc. For more than twenty years, this couple, right, has participated in and conspired to commit torture. And then, today, the Associated Press—the AP is left-leaning enough, right? But the AP further summarized it based on the indictment and other things, specifically saying why the new charges against Maduro are so rich and detailed now. Hey, it's useless for the CCP to try to exonerate him, because do you remember we once said that there are many defectors from Venezuela, or those who were willing to become star witnesses to testify and point fingers after being arrested? There are many of these first-hand sources. So, the additional indictment of the Maduro couple today actually summarizes the content of the previous indictment. It directly stated that this has already clearly and publicly agreed to cooperate with the United States to testify against the Maduro regime's former intelligence chief during the Maduro period—that person, is his name "Little Chicken" or something? The full name is Hugo Carvajal, right? He himself is now providing a large amount of core evidence during the process of cooperating with the US investigation, including the indictment describing how the Maduro couple conspired to secretly abuse and cruelly torture those who were politically persecuted. Because this Carvajal was the long-term director of the Venezuelan Military Intelligence Bureau, that's equivalent to the chief of the General Staff defecting, equivalent to the head of the Soviet GRU coming out to testify, the head of the GRU. And here, so he has many details that are outrageous.
As I mentioned just now, the FBI stated there are victims of abuse, which includes at least three American citizens who were abused in Venezuela. Victim A was detained for eight months, during which he was subjected to continuous beatings, electric shocks, and forced to eat his own vomit. Victim B was severely beaten, resulting in long-term hospitalization, and had a gun shoved into his mouth with death threats. Victim Z was handcuffed and hooded for two consecutive days, enduring a round of brutal beatings every half hour—ninety-six beatings in forty-eight hours—resulting in permanent vision damage. Ah, you say these things, doesn't the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) do them? Ah, remember when we talked about that person, the brave hero of the Sitong Bridge back then, right, Mr. Peng, the CCP claimed there was no record of him. As our Lei said, didn't he? Mr. Peng was actually brutally beaten, and coupled with his diabetes, he almost lost his sight. Then the CCP transferred him to Hubei, to see if he could still go down the mines even while going blind, trying to squeeze out any last bit of utility. It's too cruel, really. It's not surprising that Venezuela does this, but the main point this time is that their own Director of Military Intelligence came forward to testify, and this Carvajal cooperated very actively and pleaded guilty. He, like last year... as we said on our show, in 2025, he already admitted his crimes in a New York court—transnational drug trafficking and terrorism, right? Another thing is, his potential condition for pleading guilty at the time was to cooperate with the U.S. in giving testimony. In fact, ever since then, he has become a star witness, meeting frequently with U.S. prosecutors to help provide evidence. Moreover, with these new charges against Maduro coming out today, the Associated Press and others have reported that Carvajal had previously written an open letter to Trump and the American people, stating that he hoped to atone for his sins by telling the whole truth, helping the U.S. guard against the dangers of the high-level Venezuelan criminal syndicate he had witnessed for years.
And then, let's get back to this indictment, because with this, the matter is set in stone, right? You, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), messing around here is completely useless. Now, the entire indictment states that, including people like—besides Maduro and his wife, there are also three unnamed co-conspirators, called CC one, CC two, CC three. It says these people together followed Maduro in establishing and maintaining the entire violent repression system. And not just this, oh, it says they utilized the state power system to implement systemic corruption and torture, including over the past 25 years—lining their own pockets goes without saying, right? Corruption, drug trafficking, needless to say. It says this includes things like prolonged solitary confinement, solitary confinement, suffocation, forced nudity, rape, starvation punishment, solitary confinement cells, psychological torture, such as threatening and killing the victims' family members, etc.—all of these count. Then, the entire Venezuelan regime consists of the military, judicial institutions, police, criminal organizations, including drug-trafficking terrorist organizations like the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia, the National Liberation Army, Sinaloa—these are all transnational ones, including the Tren de Aragua gang; they were all working together with them, colluding to do these things. And for the Venezuelans in this, since 1999, there have been at least several thousand victimized people, and that is a conservative estimate.
And additionally, speaking specifically of these unnamed high-ranking co-conspiring officials, the things they did include, for example, ordering the murder of certain people opposed to Maduro's regime, supervising subordinate officials in carrying out torture, such as threatening to kill a prisoner's child. Doesn't this sound familiar to us Chinese people? Isn't this called "weakness" (ruanlei)? Once you grab someone's weak spot, they obey, right? Look at that, these are all called torture, oh. In the CCP's country, you don't even need high-ranking officials; neighborhood committees and residential committees can say these kinds of words to you and do these things to you. You say Venezuela is terrifying, but the CCP's country is definitely far worse than Venezuela. Venezuela is just a lesser evil; Maduro is the junior partner, having to call and study with Xi in real time every day—otherwise why is everyone studying thought? We say, well, then it says that co-conspiring official number two, that is, formulated the methods of torture, right? Looking at it, it's just ruthless land, saying precisely which methods can be used. So he led an agency responsible for inflicting torture on a large number of victims, and personally approved illegal arrests and torture targeting specific individuals. The third official personally ordered and participated in the torture of civilians and military personnel, including US citizens. And then, it says, anyway, now adding it all up, this 63-year-old Maduro and his 69-year-old wife are basically facing—this totals 20 years, 20 years, 10 years, 30 years, about a century of imprisonment. Don't you say, up until now, it seems even adding all these up—except for one where the maximum penalty is life imprisonment, just counting the few facing the maximum prison terms, it doesn't even add up to Guo Wengui. Guo Wengui back then was given a total of 197 years, if I remember correctly, right? And Guo Wengui was quite impressive, oh, even more impressive than Maduro's maximum sentence limit.
I went and looked into this, and then I found some other materials to see exactly what kind of horrific cases there are. Basically, for example, in this indictment, besides what I just mentioned, there is also the forced injection of certain drugs into detained U.S. citizens, which caused them to have seizures. In addition to all kinds of other abuse, this is another thing they have done. Then, for instance, there were five to seven military officers suspected of disloyalty, and Maduro rounded them all up at once and used torture to extract information from them. The key point is that the indictment specifically mentions that an official once told a prisoner, 'The reason you are still alive is that you still have U.S. citizenship; we are keeping you to use as a prisoner swap in the future. You still have value, get it?' This has now been added to the indictment, stating that the Maduro regime deliberately—after all that abuse—didn't kill them because they wanted to use them to blackmail the U.S. government for prisoner swaps, so this is now considered a crime, you see? The CCP government does this all the time, look at how they kidnap people like the scholar in Myanmar, and then you have Mr. Jimmy Lai being kept there, right? They won't let him out, dead or alive, just because they want to use him for a prisoner swap later, or let him die inside, and so on. Do you think that after you do these things, the U.S. can't do anything about you? I'm just saying that Maduro is a mirror; I'm showing you an example. Let's listen, everyone—the torture disclosed in the indictment I just mentioned, to be honest, those of us in the audience who came from the CCP's China wouldn't be that shocked or stunned, right? Especially since a lot of what is said here—haven't you seen similar things in the memoirs of the Cultural Revolution? All over the streets, from students to the so-called Revolutionary Committees, to the so-called public security, procuratorate, and judiciary, weren't they all abusing people like this? And you say, during the June 4, 1989 Tiananmen crackdown, was the torture any lighter? Or, since Xi Jinping came to power, with all kinds of absolute loyalty, all kinds of gagging and arresting people, including the disappearance of Mr. Peng—they don't even admit it after he dies. Do you think they have done less than this? No, on the contrary, they are still doing it.
Look, hasn't Hamas learned this too? They didn't kill over two hundred people just to take them hostage. Right? Didn't I tell you all a few days ago? That terrorist from Gaza who fled to the U.S. was exposed by the U.S.; he said that when he followed the crowd on October 7 to kill and loot, they specifically said, 'Hey, leave some alive, don't kill them. After we kidnap them back, the U.S. and Israel won't be able to do anything to us; they will have to come and exchange with us, right? They will have to stop the fire.' They all play it this way. Now you see it's a crime; it's not like just because you're the boss, you're off the hook. These are all organized crimes, transnational terrorism, repression, and conspiracy to commit torture, all in this indictment. Now, one by one, these can be applied to these dictators, right? So this is very interesting. I must tell you all today. Thank you to our old viewer Wangwang for saying, 'Thanks to Dr. Yan's professional knowledge for exposing this virus again.' I'm not saying it's 100% a virus now, we are just saying that various news points to the possibility of it being a virus, which cannot be ruled out, and it's quite significant, getting bigger and bigger, right? It looks very scary, doesn't it? We still have to wait and see, because we don't have Russia's intelligence, right?
Right, and then another thing, what is interesting today? Well, because today, alongside the additional indictment, a hearing was also held. What was this hearing about? It was about Maduro's wife requesting bail on the grounds of a heart condition, so they held a bail hearing for that. And the court simply refused to approve it! The First Lady—Maduro's wife's lawyer—said, oh, considering her heart-related health conditions, she should be allowed bail under strictly limited conditions. The judge said no, she has a lot of money, she can mobilize considerable funds, and furthermore, her charges are very serious charges, I cannot let her, for whatever reason, I cannot let her out on bail. Speaking of bail, let me show you this. After they were arrested, Phoenix New Media even specifically put out some hype for this First Lady, calling her the most powerful woman in Venezuela, claiming to be Chavez's daughter, what is Maduro's wife's background? It said, she is defined as the 'first fighter,' one of Venezuela's recognized most influential women. Then it talked about how she did this and that, following Chavez, and later married Maduro, right? Moreover, she was previously the first female parliamentary representative in Venezuela during the Chavez era. Just think about it, this is also a representative of Venezuelan women! Ah, just like in the PRC a while ago, that person who died, what was her name? Peng Peiyun or something? Ah, wasn't it The New York Times that said oh, that embodies gender equality in the PRC! Women's, well, right? Although there was family planning, she was a female official, the top is good, but the subordinates executed it poorly, was it Peng Peiyun? If I remember correctly? Ah, then then saying that, including now, aren't they trying to push some Women's Federation secretary named Song Li to be the Director-General of WHO? Do you really think these women coming from dictatorial countries are any good? Ah, that Rodriguez, wasn't she directly pressured by the US, right? She had to make a decision in the last fifteen seconds—fifteen minutes, so she recognized the situation and decided to cooperate with this First Lady. Although she is a female representative for the liberation of Venezuelan women's rights, the things she has done, case by case, are not worse than Maduro's, let me tell you. Including she even previously served as the vice chairperson and attorney general of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela during the Chavez era, throughout all this, as long as Chavismo practitioners remain in power, she is undoubtedly the most powerful Venezuelan woman. Alright, back then when she was arrested, the PRC was still flattering her, right? Still thinking that when the time comes, oh, once she's released, she'll be a hero again. But look, after all this fuss up to now, right? With no other tricks up their sleeve, they can only resort to using health issues here, hoping to get out on bail first and talk later. Well, the US is not the UK; over in the UK, what are terrorists? Once caught, five guarantees can let them go, catch one and release one, catch six and release six. The US is not that stupid.
Today he said that, supposedly in court, his lawyer specially mentioned, oh, look at him being locked up here in the MDC Metropolitan Detention Center, having lost eleven kilograms, and he even had a minor heart attack this July. The doctor told him you might need to undergo heart surgery. And there is another detail we haven't heard before, saying that when the U.S. military went to arrest them on January 3, during the arrest process, the First Lady was pushed against a wall or a chest of drawers, leaving permanent scars as a result. Sounds pretty scary, right? Actually, a heart attack is just feeling a slight chest discomfort and taking some first-aid quick-acting heart pills; calling that a minor heart attack? You could say that during the arrest, if he wanted to make a run for it and was grabbed by the scruff of the neck by a Delta Force operator, and then his heel hit a chest of drawers or something, right? Or hit a wall and then got scraped, leaving a small scratch mark, that's also called a permanent scar. This kind of thing can be made up however you want, right? As for you saying he lost eleven kilograms, although it doesn't seem like he was that fat to begin with, you really can't rule out the possibility of losing eleven kilograms! Ah, well, you don't even need to mention that the food at the Metropolitan center definitely cannot compare to what they ate during her time as First Lady, which is why he lost eleven kilograms. I think living in there must still be pretty good, right? Ah, of course, he didn't end up as miserable as Guo Wengui, throwing up himself right before going to court—vomiting some blood, vomiting some feces, vomiting up some food poisoning stuff, right? But it's useless for his lawyer to explain either; the judge simply doesn't buy it. The judge said anyway when there's a medical need, the MDC has already arranged for him to go locally to receive treatment, and he's still locked up inside, meaning he can be kept locked up. As for the judge also mentioning that Flores claimed she needed bail for heart problems, but during her detention, the prison even offered to give her a cardiac catheterization check to confirm her heart issues and next treatment steps, and she refused. She herself refused even more of these measures and treatments, and she has high blood pressure, and she's been taking high blood pressure medication. The judge said, "Ha, saying his high blood pressure is controlled by medication, ah, no life-threatening danger, understand?" Right, very much like the Chinese Communist Party's style, right? Now more than a dozen protesters are shouting slogans outside the courthouse, holding placards demanding his release. Hey, what about Venezuela's million-strong army, we ask?
If the Chinese Communist Party had brought a few more protesters over from those united front communities like Flushing, it wouldn't be this pathetic with just a dozen or so protesters, just like Guo Wengui, right? Back when Guo Wengui was on trial, in the end there were also just about a dozen people showing up every day to support him. Then the funniest part is what? I went and checked it for everyone to see, didn't we mention it earlier? Earlier this year, his lawyer said he couldn't pay the lawyer's fees, so we can no longer represent him. So once in March this year, Maduro's senior lawyer said, uh, they were prepared to stop representing him, and let him defend himself. The couple almost had no lawyers left, which our show talked about. Then by April, due to the U.S. relaxing sanctions on Venezuela, there was one of them where a frozen fund could be used. And at that time the court said, ha, the prosecution also agreed that this fund can now be used, can be used to pay his lawyer's fees, so he can continue to hire that very expensive lawyer. Just such a matter, the Chinese Communist Party was so happy at the time, also putting out a lot of propaganda saying that after the U.S. blocked Maduro's lawyer's fees and then let go, now Maduro can start using lawyers again. Oh my, top lawyers like Julian Assange's case lawyer, and recently his wife even invited the lawyer who did the not-guilty defense for Diddy over here. Hey, in short, you see they've come back to life again, right? But look, what good does having a lawyer do? With a lawyer, until now, if they want to add charges, they still add charges; if they won't grant bail, they still won't grant bail, right? If there are witnesses testifying, there are still witnesses testifying. Who knows what the Chinese Communist Party is celebrating so happily for! Looking at Maduro, it seems like feeling their own mood is like a rollercoaster. Ah, go ahead and properly consider how to face your future. Alright, today with big...
