The Xi Jinping camp is experiencing serious divisions, and this division is irreversible for Xi Jinping. Once such a camp experiences serious division, everyone will purge each other. From now on, his internal purges will even include his own family. Now, no one trusts him; those around him are almost all scapegoats. Everyone is living in constant fear, and everyone knows that Xi Jinping is finished and can no longer keep this going.
There are a few reasons why it can no longer be sustained. One reason is the economic collapse. Everyone here has done management; if you have run a company or a board of directors, you know that this country is like a board of directors, and he is the chairman. In the past, everyone was a director—the officials within the CCP, the former 'red second generation,' the 'military second generation,' and the old military leaders were all directors. Everyone could take a share; you did your thing, and I did mine. Without such political infighting, everyone was at peace. You made your money, I made my money, and our children and grandchildren could make money for generations. That is how the CCP has always been. Well, their corruption had a prerequisite. What was that prerequisite? It was that this country—the entire company—would generate huge profits every year, significant profits. The profit margins were very high. For example, there were infrastructure projects, financial projects, and various other avenues. You could generate profits, not just from the domestic involution, but most importantly, from international profits—that is, foreign exchange.
In this case, every family also worries that if a major fissure occurs within the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), they can run abroad, which is why they have deployed assets all over the world. Therefore, we see many people around the world who appear to be very wealthy Chinese, but in reality, many of them are their white gloves. Ordinary people work very hard to make money, and running a business is extremely hard. However, those entrepreneurs in China whom you see making money today are actually their white knives in many cases; otherwise, they would have wiped you out long ago. How could the profits possibly stay in their hands? They believe this territory belongs to them, and if you want to make money on my territory—actually, these people are invisible, but they are all infiltrated into these so-called private entrepreneurs. In fact, there are many entrepreneurs—let me give you an example: once a private entrepreneur grows large, many businesses in China, the vast majority of them, go public. As long as you go public, during the process of going public, your equity has to be distributed. When your equity goes out, much of it actually falls into their hands. You worked hard to build it, and of course you also make money, but they set up several investment companies. Therefore, right now all over China, there are many domestic fund companies and investment companies whose money belongs to them. I am very familiar with this circle because I used to be in it.
They see someone operating this fund company, but where did the fund company's money come from? They have financial backers. Where does the money gathered by these backers come from? This money all belongs to the families of the CCP, and they have a certain fund company invest it, sometimes through private equity. Why can private equity raise so much money? I can instantly raise tens of billions or hundreds of billions—how could this money possibly have nothing to do with ordinary people? If not, it goes through banks and financial institutions. But China's financial institutions are all controlled by the CCP. Individuals cannot possibly hold licenses for financial institutions, and foreign financial institutions cannot get licenses either; they only do some marginalized projects. For example, many international banks, foreign banks in China, only do marginal projects and small trusts, while they can never participate in major projects. Major projects with meat—they might only get to sip some soup.
Therefore, the control of this country is entirely in the hands of these so-called directors. Then, after Xi Jinping came to power, first, the country's entire economy is collapsing because he wants to find ways to suppress the economy. What is the purpose of suppressing the economy? Suppressing the economy is to weaken the people—everyone has used this term, weakening the people, so he is weakening the people. And what is he weakening? He wants to weaken and eliminate other families so that his own family becomes dominant alone. Then, divisions emerge within the CCP. Right now, Xi Jinping is abandoned by all. I mentioned yesterday that his family members have all run abroad, and the reason for running abroad is actually fear of liquidation. Look at the families of Ceausescu and Saddam; look at the families of dictators—which family has ever survived well? None, except for Kim the Third. So what he has to do is follow Kim the Third's theory, which is to close off the entire country. But if the entire country is closed off, those CCP directors on the board will not agree to it! Once you close it off and make your family dominant alone, what do they become? These hundreds of CCP families go from being directors to wage earners, to slaves, which means depriving them of their rights and their ability to make money in this country.
Then they are going to start fighting back. Those people in Xi Jinping's team have now become scapegoats. Look, let me analyze it with everyone: Wang Yi—in future liquidations, you will see he is definitely on the diplomatic line, and he bears full responsibility. What will Xi Jinping make him take the blame for in the future? Principal responsibility. Politically, Wang Huning is his strategist, political strategist, and strategic strategist, so Wang Huning will have to bear a lot in the future. Xi Jinping has purged so many people internally through killings, and Cai Qi is another scapegoat; in this regard, he will push all these responsibilities onto Cai Qi in the future. Right now, he is pushing a lot of responsibility onto Cai Qi. Well, and then there is economics with Li Qiang; Li Qiang is the one doing this stuff, Li Qiang is the premier, so when economic problems arise in the future, it will be Li Qiang. Therefore, Xi Jinping has no other way, he can only find ways to shirk responsibility. He has now reached the era of conclusion, meaning the late era of Xi Jinping's rule has arrived, and at any moment he could be ousted.
Have you all noticed this over the past couple of days? There was a piece of news yesterday that you should have seen. An earthquake occurred in Nagchu, Tibet, and Xi Jinping gave important instructions. Do you know what was written in this news report? Li Qiang was listed alongside him. In all previous news reports about Xi Jinping's important instructions—and I read and study these every day because it is my job, I study Xi Jinping's so-called important instructions every single day—Li Qiang was never included like this. This time, incorporating Li Qiang into the press release of his entire important instruction proves that Xi Jinping is currently doing one thing: constantly pushing Li Qiang forward. Look, many media outlets are already talking about how Li Qiang might become the number two figure. I think Li Qiang is definitely not the number two figure; he is merely a puppet, a transitional figure. Just think about it, among everyone in the world, especially Chinese people, and especially high-ranking officials in the Communist Party who have reached this level, if you were to tell Li Qiang that Xi Jinping is finished and that you are bound together with him, Li Qiang would definitely not do such a thing. Why? If he were to become the number two figure, every single crime of future reckoning against Xi Jinping would be tied to Li Qiang, and Li Qiang certainly wouldn't dare to take that risk. Moreover, once Li Qiang truly becomes his successor, just think—with Xi Jinping's massive shadow looming over him, with Xi Jinping's ideology and his ways, what do you think Li Qiang could possibly do? He could do nothing at all. Under such circumstances, Li Qiang would only have one course of action left, which is to completely repudiate Xi's ideology. Li Qiang's resources are different from Xi Jinping's resources. When Xi Jinping came to power back then, he had backing among the princelings, with many people supporting him, allowing him to mobilize Zhang Youxia. How on earth could you, Li Qiang, mobilize people in the military right now? You completely cannot mobilize them.
Therefore, Li Qiang cannot become his true successor; only someone from his own family could. Li Qiang is very clear that he is serving in a transitional period. Then, as a few years pass, once Xi Jinping's children grow up or his position becomes thoroughly secure, gradually establishing their own networks within this Communist Party circle, his offspring might step up, becoming the new leaders. However, right now, what cannot be ruled out? It cannot be ruled out that other factions might oppose him. It is very clear that, as everyone should remember, just like in the Mao era during the Cultural Revolution, the period right before Mao launched the Cultural Revolution was a time when his pressure was absolute. In other words, he was already facing a crisis of status and a crisis of leadership; people had started to criticize him, and some had begun to openly challenge him. At that time, he had to figure out a way to launch a campaign—the Communist Party is always like this. So Xi Jinping is now launching this so-called intra-party ideological rectification purely for the sake of his own power. Conversely, will these people attack him? It is very likely they will attack him. Because I believe a counterattack is bound to happen, a counterattack is bound to happen, and this force is extremely powerful—powerful to what extent? Powerful to the extent that even the people around Xi Jinping, the core figures of his own team, are starting to push back. Because just think, with the country reduced to this state, what is the point of following you? I am risking my entire family, and once you fall, all of us will be buried along with you. Under such circumstances, people have to start considering their own aftermath and their future. Xi Jinping has actually reached this stage.
Look, logically speaking, he held a meeting the day before yesterday. You see, whenever Xi Jinping appears now, he never has a smile on his face. Look at all the people around him now; logically, one would assume they are his own people. In theory, the people around him, his cabinet, should have a very good relationship with him. He should be facing these people full of confidence and hope. But now, he treats everyone he faces as if they were his enemies. Think about it, let's imagine this scenario. Suppose the seven members of the Standing Committee, the six people facing him every day, whenever they have a meeting with him, he has a straight, stern face. How would they feel? They would be under immense pressure. They wouldn't dare to oppose you openly, so what would they do? They would only look for a way out. As soon as someone jumps out to deal with you, everyone else might gather together, forming a united front to deal with you and oppose you. Then his work will become increasingly difficult. Therefore, Xi Jinping has reached this position where even his own family members are quietly leaving, moving away from him. It's just that there is no one left, no one has any sense of trust in him, and he has no sense of trust in others. This is the ultimate result for Xi Jinping at present. The outcome he has reached today is of his own making. He has been doing these things for several years. This man, Xi Jinping, was truly chosen by God to lead the Chinese Communist Party into the grave together. He hasn't done a single thing right. Up to now, all his work has relied on bragging, constantly bragging, exactly the same as Mao did back then.
Look at what Mao did after he took control of the country in 1949. Look at other countries; look at post-war Japan. By the late 1970s and 1980s, its economy had completely taken off, and the common people were incredibly wealthy. Now look at what China was like at that time. Everyone looked like a beggar. Back then, being able to eat meat every day—in Shanghai, they used to call it 'eating meat'—was already an incredible luxury. Ultimately, from 1949 to 1970 and 1976, they were constantly engaged in struggle, struggle, struggle, and movements—dozens of movements, big and small—which completely crushed the entire country. And Mao was always doing one thing: killing, killing, killing. This is the history of the Chinese Communist Party. Xi Jinping is now repeating these tragedies. Think about the common people again. The inside of the Chinese Communist Party has already become like this, and everyone knows it; they are constantly purging each other. Do you think the common people can still survive? Do the common people have any way out? So the common people can only 'lie flat'. The common people have no weapons in their hands, and they cannot change them, cannot change this country and this regime, so they can only 'lie flat'. Forget it, I'll either run away or just 'lie flat'. No one sees any hope. Almost all investment has stopped. Except for young people—young people, anyway, running tech companies or software companies doesn't require too much investment. They just find ways to scam some money from the government if they can, and just set up a company. These past two days, bosses of tech companies are all being arrested. You see, Xi Jinping has already reached such a point.
It seems that yesterday, the boss of a company in Hangzhou was caught, taken down—a chairman of a tech company that does internet promotion. Therefore, Xi Jinping has reached a point where the internal chaos of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) under his leadership is already very severe. Everyone feels insecure, and everyone is starting to rise up and fight back. Now, there is only one enemy within the CCP: Xi Jinping. Because you see, who can touch them? Except for Xi Jinping, no one else can touch them. Now, look at these high-ranking officials within the CCP, look at the Central Committee members. The Fifth Plenary Session is going to be held in a couple of days. These people who have been arrested are all at the level of Central Committee members or alternate members. Without Xi Jinping signing off on it, who would dare to touch them? No one. If Xi Jinping gives the word, who would dare to touch him? No one dares to touch him. So, these people have only one target: Xi Jinping. Everyone doesn't know how things will turn out today. Take Hu Chunhua, for example—does he have the ability? We won't discuss that, but at least, although he is also a Communist, if the faction he represents could have come to power, this country would absolutely not have reached this point today. It wouldn't have reached a state where ordinary people can't even afford to eat, where a large number of families are going bankrupt, and so many enterprises are closing down. Now, 40% of the enterprises in China have disappeared, and what are the other 40% doing? They are struggling; some have even effectively vanished, already closed down, already bankrupt, but are still maintaining, robbing Peter to pay Paul. There aren't many truly good enterprises left, and there isn't much profit either. As for state-owned enterprises, there's no need to even mention them; they are all controlled by the government. That's just how it is.
Controlled by the government. If this continues, the foundation of the CCP, the foundation of the reform and opening-up, will all be finished off by Xi Jinping. Half is embezzled, and through his tossing and turning, another half is gone, so the money is becoming less and less. You will see that by next year, the total foreign exchange reserves will not increase. Being able to break even is already not easy by now; if it continues, it will start to slide, and foreign exchange will become less and less, and it will start to become isolated from the world. Why is the foreign exchange becoming less and less? You see that Western countries are constantly breaking ties with the CCP, with the Chinese Communist Party—trade is breaking, politics is breaking, and everything is breaking. So, those who still have connections with the CCP are those people. Look at North Korea in the past; since Deng Xiaoping came to power, North Korea was like a country that had disappeared; it didn't have much to do with the CCP, and didn't have much to do with China. As soon as Xi Jinping came to power, he treated them as honored guests. How could there have been such treatment before? There was absolutely no such treatment. In the Deng Xiaoping era, it was like this: they were begging for some help because they had nothing to eat; at that time, they were a country lacking food and clothing. So Deng Xiaoping figured, fine, send some train cars, load some things and send them over. Although the Chinese people were also poor at that time, we were still considered strategic partners in politics. So some things were sent over, some wheat was sent over to provide relief, just to give their people something to eat. After Xi Jinping came to power, it was completely different. When Deng Xiaoping came to power, politically speaking, it was already severed; it was completely severed from North Korea, and almost no one had any dealings with them. Later there were some dealings, but after Xi Jinping came to power, it was completely different; they became brothers and partners, completely different.
Therefore, Xi Jinping has insisted on going down this path, and to this day, he is deserted by his followers and the people are living in misery. In the end, everyone will rise up and attack him, and this Xi Jinping has become the enemy of the country, the enemy of the nation, the enemy within the Party, the enemy of the political circles, and the enemy of the military. Now Xi Jinping is the enemy, and furthermore, the enemy of all normal countries in the world. Do you think he still has a way out? Do you think he should be deserted by his followers? He should have been deserted long ago. The overseas assets of the Xi family will all be uncovered in the future. It's different now than it was before. What is it now? It's the internet era, the technology era; every single transaction can be traced back. You simply cannot run, and you cannot erase it. Alright, let's watch the development of the situation. I believe a mutiny or a military coup is right before our eyes. It is very likely that Xi Jinping will be taken down all of a sudden; it is entirely possible. Alright, thank you all for watching, see you in the next episode.
