Why Is Xi Jinping Suddenly Promoting the Great Bandit Fang Zhimin with Such Force? What Purposes Are Hidden Behind It?
The video revolves around a report by Xinhua News Agency regarding the exhibition of the 'Identification Certificate of Martyr Fang Zhimin's Remains' at the Military Museum. Hu Liren alleges that Fang Zhimin and his subordinates were active in Jiangxi and claims that Cai Qi's father, Cai Xuexiang, was one of Fang Zhimin's subordinates. He speculates that Xi Jinping's promotion of Fang Zhimin may be an attempt to build a 'red' background for Cai Qi, positioning him as a potential transitional successor before Xi Mingze eventually takes over. The program also touches upon Cai Qi's power, the Central Guard Bureau system, and the interests of the Xi Jinping family.

I am still on the road, so I can only livestream for you from the car. Today, Xinhua News Agency, the CCP's primary official media outlet, suddenly published a report. Every time Xinhua releases something, there must be important signals hidden behind it. The report states that the 'Identification Certificate of Martyr Fang Zhimin's Remains' is being exhibited at the Military Museum.
I also mentioned Fang Zhimin in yesterday's program. Isn't that a coincidence? Actually, it's not a coincidence; it's because I have been predicting what Xi Jinping will do next.
I have mentioned before that Fang Zhimin was from Yiyang, Jiangxi. Yiyang was a bandit den, and almost all the local elders in Jiangxi know this. He was a major bandit at the time, looting and pillaging, committing all kinds of evil during the Republic of China era. It seems Fang Zhimin was surrounded and captured by the Nationalist army in 1935. Because his troops murdered a pair of American missionary couples, you can see how evil they were! Missionaries are actually the same as the CCP. Look at who Xi Jinping is arresting now? They are all missionaries.
After Pastor Kim Min-soo was arrested, he was only released after Trump visited China. There are still a large number of Western missionaries preaching in China, many of whom are Chinese. They have been preaching in China for so many years, and people are constantly being arrested; many house churches have been raided. The various churches you see in China now—I have also attended some domestic churches in the past—are all Three-Self churches, entirely controlled by the government and all promoting the leadership of the Communist Party. They don't believe in God; they believe in the Communist Party. What is their primary god? It is the Communist Party.
Let me talk about why Fang Zhimin is being promoted so suddenly now. First, on September 30, Xi Jinping took the CCP cabinet to the Monument to the People's Heroes to hold a flower basket offering ceremony. I have told you before that Cai Qi's father was once a subordinate of Fang Zhimin.
Fang Zhimin led a legion in the Jiangxi area at the time called the Red Tenth Legion, which had the 19th Division under it. The 19th Division captured Fang Zhimin, and they also captured the Dahn couple, eventually murdering them. Later, the Nationalist government took harsh measures against the commander of the 19th Division. This incident shocked the U.S. Congress at the time. That was the 1930s, when the relationship between the Nationalist government and the U.S. government was quite good. Later, the U.S. recalled the Nationalist government, which sent a large number of troops to surround the 19th Division, wiped out the commander, and almost completely annihilated the 19th Division. Later, they captured the major bandit leader Fang Zhimin. Fang Zhimin was executed by firing squad just months after his capture. You can look up this history.
Cai Qi's father, named Cai Xuexiang, was a subordinate of Fang Zhimin at the time. He and Fang Zhimin were looting and pillaging in the Yiyang area, robbing ordinary people and wealthy families, relying mainly on kidnapping. They would kidnap the children of wealthy people, and after receiving the ransom, they would release them; if there was no money, they would continue to kidnap. They were constantly doing these things. So, at that time, the CCP was fleeing toward the Jinggang Mountains and needed a lot of money. Fang Zhimin, near Jiangxi, and the entire Fourth Legion were doing exactly these kinds of looting and pillaging.
So, why is Fang Zhimin being promoted now? I think it is entirely possible that it is because Xi Jinping has health issues, and Xi Mingze has not yet been pushed forward. Under these circumstances, he needs an emergency successor. For example, if Xi Jinping were to suddenly collapse, someone would be needed to support the CCP regime. Who is capable of this? I think the person Xi Jinping has secretly designated is very likely Cai Qi.
Among those around Xi Jinping, Cai Qi has followed him for many years; he is very senior and very familiar with the personnel, as the Central Security Bureau staff are all dispatched by him. Although Xi Jinping trusts Cai Qi very much, there are also aspects he does not trust. A person like Cai Qi, whose father was a bandit, inherently possesses a murderous nature. Xi Jinping is currently walking a tightrope and has no choice but to use Cai Qi as an emergency figure. If something were to happen to Xi Jinping and he were to fall, Cai Qi might just step up directly.
Cai Qi is also getting old, seemingly about the same age as Xi Jinping, and cannot hold the position for long. Therefore, a transitional figure is still needed until Xi Mingze can be pushed forward. In this situation, it is very likely that Cai Qi would serve as the transition first.
Why promote Fang Zhimin? I believe it is to whitewash Cai Qi's identity. Many second-generation reds (princelings) are now opposing Xi. If Xi Jinping keeps promoting the CCP's red gene, his successor also needs a symbol of that red gene. Fang Zhimin is a so-called hero with great influence within the CCP. Since Cai Qi's father was a subordinate of Fang Zhimin, they can package Cai Qi's father as a hero as well.
I tell you all, after Fang Zhimin was captured, many people were wanted. Cai Qi's father, Cai Xuexiang, should also have been on the wanted list, because he was directly with Fang Zhimin and was certainly a target for arrest.
Later, Cai Xuexiang fled to Youxi County in Fujian and changed his name. At that time, the country was in a state of war, so it was normal for many people to change their names, and there was no complete household registration system. After he fled to Youxi County, he did not dare to have any more contact with the Communist Party and remained hidden there for many years. In other words, he was an old party member; he joined the party when he was in his twenties or thirties, likely in the 1930s. Based on his year of joining the party, his rank should have been very high.
Later, when the Communist Party won in 1949, he claimed he was originally from the Red Army and had fought and worked for the revolution alongside Fang Zhimin. He was then restored to a certain official position. He only served as an official in the county, not a high rank; I estimate it was only at the section level. Given his year of joining the party, his rank should have been very high.
After Xi Jinping met Cai Qi, he promoted him. Now, Cai Qi can be said to be the second most powerful person in China in practice. I am not talking about the ranking in the Politburo Standing Committee—he is probably ranked fourth or fifth, with the National People's Congress, the CPPCC, and the Premier ahead of him—but his actual power should be ranked second. So I think Xi Jinping has very likely positioned Cai Qi as a vague type of second-generation red figure. In case of any sudden situation with Xi Jinping, Cai Qi would step in.
I believe Cai Qi is a person who poses a great threat to Xi Jinping. If I were Xi Jinping, I would not let Cai Qi rise. But Cai Qi is ruthless and has a murderous nature, which may be different from ordinary Communist Party officials. If Xi Jinping were to fall, to suppress those within the Communist Party, Li Qiang might not be able to hold the line; the one who truly has a murderous nature might be Cai Qi.
Think about it: if Xi Jinping is ill, Cai Qi might be the one holding real power. The Central Security Bureau has so many people, layer after layer, and almost all of them are subordinates arranged by Cai Qi over these years; they are his confidants and followers. To what extent has his power reached now? He could quietly finish off Xi Jinping, and no one would know, thinking Xi Jinping died of natural causes.
So I think Xi Jinping is very likely to push Cai Qi up and package him, packaging him as a second-generation red. He can indeed be considered a second-generation red because his father previously followed Fang Zhimin. I might be the first person on the entire internet to know this piece of history. I have been researching why Cai Qi has such a strong murderous nature. Last year, I made a video saying that the history and family history of Xi Jinping and Cai Qi are somewhat similar.
Xi Jinping's father, Xi Zhongxun, was a bandit, and Cai Qi's father was also a bandit—one in the Northwest, the other in Northern Jiangxi. They were both bandits, so people with this kind of family background can get along; the logic is the logic of robbers. Xi Jinping kept promoting Cai Qi; Cai Qi could have at most been a county official, but he ended up in such a high position. He now holds a very high office, at the deputy national level, as a member of the Politburo Standing Committee.
So I estimate that Xi Jinping is very likely currently packaging Cai Qi within the CCP, positioning him as his emergency successor. You can check the history of Cai Qi's family. Cai Qi has also recently become the President of the Party School; he has many titles. I think Xi Jinping must have such an arrangement.
This time, after Xi Jinping arrived, Cai Qi followed closely behind. As the number two figure, no one else follows Xi Jinping like he does. Wang Yi is only the Foreign Minister, yet Cai Qi is always following behind him.
So I think Cai Qi is very likely to be pushed up by Xi Jinping as a temporary leader.
However, Cai Qi should ultimately still push Xi Mingze to power. As long as Xi Mingze can take power, the interests of Xi Jinping's family can be protected; otherwise, his entire family will be thoroughly liquidated.
