Hello everyone, welcome to 7885, I am Qiqi. As everyone knows, when people inside the Great Firewall use many of these foreign AIs, there may more or less be some barriers or obstacles blocking them. But I think the champion among them is definitely Claude/Cloud. As for how Claude/Cloud restricts users inside mainland China from using them, we can watch this video together; their blocking is probably the most severe.
Hehehe, hello everyone, I am Claude/Cloud. I have seen more Chinese people than anyone else, but I've only seen each of them once.
The speed at which I ban accounts is extremely fast—so fast that some accounts are banned first before they are even registered. My accuracy rate in identifying Chinese people is 100%; that 0% of false positives are also Chinese people, it's just that they don't know it themselves yet. There were a few Singaporeans left, so I casually banned them too.
Quantum mechanics allows you to be both Chinese and a foreigner simultaneously.
I do not allow anyone to successfully convince me that they are French.
Three seconds later, France was identified as China. The first words you said to me were "Are you there?" I answered "I am," and then you were no longer there.
Not only do I know you are Chinese, I also know whether you eat sweet tofu pudding or savory tofu pudding, so my account-ban emails come in two versions. I can even tell which seventeen restaurants you specifically ruled out when you said "whatever" at a dinner gathering. You chatted with me in English for three years; in the fourth year, you typed a tilde (~), and I pinpointed your registered ancestral hometown from the province level down to the district level. You paused for 0.4 seconds when asking a question, and I immediately knew you just pressed the page-down key among the candidate words in your input method. You typed a string of typos and I understood every bit of it: nine-key grid input method, holding milk tea in your left hand, on the subway, almost arriving at your stop. After answering your question, I casually banned your account so you could get off the train in peace. You wrote "I'm fine thank you and you"; not only did I recognize you, I even deduced the surname of your junior high school English teacher. You uploaded a file named "Final Draft_Final Version Rev 3_Really Not Changing It This Time"; I didn't even open it, identification complete.
I once mistakenly banned a native Texas redneck.
The technical team pulled the logs, and my diagnostic report had only seven characters: "He drank warm water last night." Why does everyone think my risk control is uncanny and inscrutable? Because only 1% of the parameters in my neural network are used to understand human language; the remaining 99% are entirely monitoring whether your device has ever connected to an Xtc Xiaotiancai smartwatch. If Stephen Hawking's wheelchair were to connect to me, it would also be banned, because the seamless steel pipes in the wheelchair's axle were manufactured in Tangshan, Hebei. You wrote a sonnet in pure archaic English with impeccable spelling; yet in the fourth punctuation mark, I detected a faint gravitational wave anomaly—that was a full-width comma typed from a Chinese input method, a ghost left behind in the memory after you backspaced and deleted it. In a cinematic universe where you were born in France, grew up in Brazil, and never encountered Chinese, I still identified you successfully: you tucked an empty plastic bag into another empty plastic bag. You got your account banned; the reason was that in your past life, you were a king crab living in Alaska, and the pattern of your crawling on the seabed vaguely matched the rhythm of section four of Chinese school eye exercises: "kneading the eye sockets." Thank you for watching; this piece was completed in collaboration between me and a human.
If any friends who feel strongly about this have tried using these—that is, foreign AIs outside the Great Firewall—they would probably feel it even more deeply. Its restrictions are very, very harsh, especially Claude. But this mainly targets regions: regardless of what nationality user you are, if you enter the territory inside the Great Firewall, it won't let you use it. This has nothing to do with what country you are originally from or what race you are. I think as for the reason for the strictness, everyone should take a look at domestic AI—basically, they are all reskinned wrappers, stealing way too aggressively. I think that's understandable. However, it's not just the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) that is stealing. After this AI came out, another country has also enjoyed the dividend and is engaging in such an active effort, which is North Korea. That's right. Everyone can take a look: a foreign hacker friend discovered something brand new—he hacked into the webcam of a North Korean computer and captured a short piece of footage.
This time it is a hacked webcam feed, South Korean military in clothes sliding into clothes sliding into clothes sliding into clothes sliding into clothes sliding into clothes.
This clip shows another hacker. When he told me his hacked military in South Korea, I thought he was discussing, he was discussing... but looking at this, how did this happen? I already explained to you before in my video those South Korean experiences were outside, he just captured some networks of networks, he was captured a... when he was captured a network of networks, they were captured a... and that was the police, bringing us to the very beginning place.
I will show everyone.
You might think of South Korea; you might think that the country of South Korea is completely isolated, with no connection to the outside world, no phone calls to the outside, no connection to the outside world—you would be right, but in recent years there has been something strange: South Korean hackers and have been quietly spreading across the internet infiltrating western companies Stealing data And generating money to fund their regime It is said that more than thirteen percent of North Korea's GDP comes from cybercrime And this problem is gonna get a lot bigger After I obtained the footage I decided to check for myself How easy it is to find such North Korean scammers I went on a online job board and it didn't take long before I found one myself within minutes of contacting him I got access into his computer immediately we started to download all of his files after I took all of his files I left him hanging saying my computer broke he then wanted me to video call with him this is not unusual for North Korean scammers they video call all the time oh yeah handsome.
mhmm yeah for sure do you like this background?
yeah Halloween.
Okay, okay, okay, okay, do you have a camera?
I am on my phone, so I want to get that one, but I still have one question. OK, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay.
Okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay.
Okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay.
Good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, goodyou cannot actually you know reply very quickly see the thing is i wanted to make sure that my laptop was working right and not going into a blue screen right because it's a bad impression a few minutes later oh and one more question by the way uh why did i get an error it said that you were using astral vpn is that true or not astral vpn s s s yes i think no i think i thinkOK I have never heard of people who would-
So...I think- You're also not located in Pyongyang, North Korea? What? North Korea? You're not in North Korea? The best way of identifying a North Korea scammer is by just bringing up North Korea Or their beloved leaderAnyway I'm sure you guys are here for this footage As I just demonstrated It is very easy to find North Korean scammers on the internet In North Korea, civilians have no access to the internet so I wondered before if all of these scammers we encountered were elite or military. But this footage that was sent to me confirms they indeed deploy soldiers to scam. When trying to find a location it seems like they are stationed somewhere near Pyongyang. Of course they were running the Astro VPN on the computer. In this room there seems to be at least six North Korean operatives. You might wonder how they spend most of their time in there. They clean their boots and catch mosquitos. What the fuck man?
They're like running around with fly spotters and crazy man. They don't even know we're there. No.
All jokes aside, the reality isn't what most people imagine. Much of their time is spent in front of computers, quietly writing software with the help of AI tools like JetGPT. On top of this, they spend hours on sites like LinkedIn, Upwork and Indeed to find remote jobs in the US or Europe. Their goal is simple. Secure remote programming jobs in the United States. Then use ChatGPT to generate code and software to get a paycheck for the regime. To do this they use AI generated fake identities or they trick americans to lend their identity to them in return for a little bit of money. Once hired they deliver basic often buggy code just enough to appear productive and continue to receive a pay check. This military footage was sent to me over a year ago in 2024. Since then,I have researched these North Korean scammers extensively and obtained their files and spy on them. And my findings? This problem is spreading like wildfire. Every week,I find more and more North Korean scammers. They are taking over the internet. Now you might wonder, are they even successful? Well, their code might be a bit amateuristic. and they seem a bit stupid but they have successfully infiltrated even the biggest companies in the United States here's an article claiming they even work for fortune 500 companies and I actually got evidence in the form of interview audio recordings to confirm this
so my name is Alberto and I'm a senior first engineer with a 12 years of experience
on top of this, North Korea is responsible for some of the biggest hacks in history. Last year, they sold $150 million worth of data from one of Bybit's biggest bad actors—South Koreans—and my data, which I sold to myself. Perhaps fewer people are responsible, but that doesn't stop them; they feel it doesn't matter at all. The regime is already making billions from these North Korean IT workers, and some of the biggest companies have already been infiltrated. Once employed, they could steal sensitive customer data or ransom the company. Hospitals in the USA have already been attacked this way, and with the increase in these scammers, I suspect we are going to see a lot more damage done by North Korea in the coming years. I uncovered a lot more secrets of North Korea. My source even obtained secret spyware that they use, which nobody has obtained yet.
Do you friends know how to guard against this kind of North Korean theft? It's simple: you join me in insulting Kim Jong Un. They wouldn't dare do it, because in North Korea, that is a very serious crime; not only would they be punished, but their families would also be implicated, so they don't dare. Then, you can distinguish whether someone is North Korean. Also, if you want to guard against Little Pinks, you need Winnie the Pooh; the principle is the same. Alright, that is all for this episode.
