Welcome everyone to continue our heatwave series today, because Europe is extremely hot right now, so my friends Tai Tai, our cat Jiu Jiu, and I went to the seaside, where it’s a bit cooler.

Okay, today I want to discuss a topic that is as hot as the heatwave: recently in Beijing, the “Steamed Bun” capital, a plane directly crashed into the tallest building in the whole city, and that building is very close to Zhongnanhai. So does this prove that the Chinese regime is about to collapse? Is the Communist Party about to be wiped out? Let’s discuss this.

So today I’ll explain how such an incident could happen. In the past, people always said that two cities, one called Moscow and one called Beijing, have airspace that cannot be crossed, making terrorist attacks impossible.

But look at Putin’s Moscow and Saint Petersburg. Previously we talked about Moscow, where Ukraine could not reach. Recently Moscow’s refinery was smashed by Ukrainian drones, and some of their military-related bases were also hit. Ukrainian forces are really formidable; they infiltrate Moscow everywhere, constantly carrying out actions that make Russia feel insecure.

On the battlefield, Russia can no longer advance, and Ukrainian counter‑attacks have been quite successful. Besides Moscow, another key point is Saint Petersburg. In the past, even if Moscow or other cities were hit, Putin felt very confident about his own security.

This time, during the Saint Petersburg Economic Forum, the whole city was shrouded in black smoke. Why? Because Ukrainian drone attacks were extremely successful. Does this mean the Russian regime is about to collapse? I think it’s not certain yet.

Even people around Putin are disappearing one by one, some are even “braiding” (i.e., resigning). Recently his defense minister also “braided.” The former defense minister was a KGB friend, a kind of spy buddy. But he is still in power for now, so we have to wait until they lose on the battlefield, and then, with a regime change, Russia might have a decent future.

What about China? We can also see Xi Jinping’s pressure increasing step by step. Now a plane has hit a building in Beijing, but that does not mean Xi’s regime will collapse tomorrow.

However, since the pandemic, many people have taken to the streets to protest, the White Paper Movement, the Sichuan Jiangyou incident, and various social issues that bring Chinese people together in protest. Recently Beijing also cannot protect itself, and this problem is directly exposed, showing that the regime is not omnipotent, and Chinese people see that the regime will not rule forever. Xi Jinping will die one day.

Moreover, from an external perspective, all of Xi Jinping's close allies—whether it’s Venezuela’s Maduro being arrested, or Iran’s Khamenei, both of whom have literally lost their “braids,” i.e., their support—are collapsing. Then there’s Assad; Syria’s Assad fled to Moscow. Putin is being bombed every day, and now even Beijing has suffered a successful attack, with that building being hit.

So he (Xi) will feel increasingly nervous, and the pressure on his regime will grow over time, but that does not mean it will collapse tomorrow or the day after.

What should Taiwanese people pay attention to at this point? Because regardless of which leader the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has, it will always want to occupy and invade Taiwan. The most critical thing for Taiwan is to protect itself, to turn the country into something like a hedgehog that no one dares to attack, and to cultivate and develop strong relationships with Taiwan’s best allies—such as the United States, Japan, and European nations—while strengthening its own defense capabilities and national defense.

Every day it seems people are praying for Xi Jinping to “quickly untie his braid” and “get lost,” and even if that happens, the CCP could still launch an invasion. Moreover, even if the CCP collapses, there may still be other states on that land that would want to invade Taiwan.

For example, if you were to fight the People’s Republic of China and it collapses, you might still have to contend with a “Fujian State” whose military remains large, so you still need to take good care of yourself and your own security. That’s what I want to tell everyone.

After Putin’s regime falls, we will finally see the next one: Xi “Steamed Bun” himself.

In addition, I want to add that recently Trump made statements about communism, saying that the United States will never become a communist country. I think he said that very well; it feels like he wants to confront the CCP head‑on.

However, his target isn’t only the CCP. While the CCP is the external target, he is also speaking to the ultra‑left factions within his own country—people like New York City’s mayor Zohran Mamdani, who is a communist, or AOC, Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, those who are pro‑China and pro‑CCP, and even some who have joined the DSA, the Democratic Socialists of America.

In reality, they are the American version of the Communist Party. He is mainly pointing out that the United States cannot become a socialist or communist nation.

He also said something that reminded me a lot of Reagan. He talked about “making America great again,” which was Reagan’s slogan. He claimed he would be a great communist, offering everything for free—free houses, free cars, free food—yet even if everything were free for three years, the country might turn into a disaster and collapse, which is a clear satire.

It’s similar to Reagan’s story. A child once asked him if America could give food and help to all refugees and anyone in need.

Reagan replied, “Okay, I can give you $50 a day if you do the chores: mow the lawn, clean the house, and I’ll give you $50. Then you can spend that $50 on the illegal immigrants coming into America.”

The girl responded, “Why should I spend my hard‑earned money on them?” Reagan answered, “Welcome to the Republican Party.”

This illustrates the point that America’s spirit is rooted in freedom and individualism. Whatever you earn, however hard you work, the fruits of your labor are yours to enjoy—that’s America, that’s fairness.

So his first point is that the United States cannot become a socialist or communist country; the second point, domestically, is about the CCP and other nations.

But we must understand that, ideologically, Taiwan and the United States must stand together. Ideologically, whatever the CCP says doesn’t matter; it will never become friends with the United States. So heaven blesses America.

Interestingly, when a plane crashed, the police told a passerby not to film, not to record, and if anyone captured the footage they were told not to upload it online and were ordered to delete it. The CCP is scared.

I saw a video online showing that because China floods every year and many people die, they used animals floating in the water to create a scene, then forced the cameraman to say, “Do not post this online,” essentially saying “I’m dead, but foreigners must not see it.”

China is not that great; this culture and behavior are actually quite interesting. What do you think?
