聯合國教科文組織稱塔利班執政五年逾200萬阿富汗女孩失學

聯合國教科文組織報告指出，自2021年塔利班執政以來，已有超過240萬阿富汗女孩被禁止接受中學教育。與去年相比，這一數字增加了20萬。報告還顯示，阿富汗90%的10歲兒童無法閱讀和理解簡單的文字，凸顯了教育質量的巨大差距。隨著女孩被排除在中學和高等教育之外的時間越長，對她們個人以及國家未來的影響將越大。此外，對女性接受高等教育的限制將導致未來合格女教師數量減少，而女教師是兒童教育的主要支柱。報告強調，受教育權是基本人權，女性應享有工作權、行動自由，不受強制陪伴、監視或限制。呼籲國際社會不要忽視阿富汗女性的人權狀況，直至她們的權利得到恢復。

Since day one, we have been speaking about a generational gap through this educational banning.

According to the estimate we have today, 2.4 million girls have now been excluded and banned from accessing secondary education since 2021.

This number shows clearly a 200,000 addition since the last school year that we had reported.

但是, unfortunately, because of the current policies by-de-fact authorities, they can't

over 90% of 10-year-olds in Afghanistan cannot read and understand a simple paragraph, a simple age-appropriate text, and that highlights the huge gap in the quality of education that currently is provided in Afghanistan.

The longer goals remain excluded from secondary and higher education, the greater the impact over time will be for the future of these individuals but also for the future of the country

restriction on women continuing to higher education means of course fewer women will be able to qualify as teachers also in the coming years which are the main pillars of response and education for children
