On November 2, the official website of the School of Surveying and Land Information Engineering at Henan Polytechnic University published an article introducing a training session for graduate student leaders held on October 28. The deputy secretary of the school's Party committee demanded a strict prohibition on disciplinary violations such as unauthorized circumvention of the Great Firewall and private access to overseas resources.
