A Parent in Feng County Beats His Daughter for Having a Phone and Forces Her to Slap Herself
A parent at Guangyu High School in Feng County, Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province committed domestic violence against his daughter because she had a mobile phone. In the video, the girl appeared to show signs of severe trauma; the parent also forced her to slap herself while crying and complained that she was not slapping hard enough. The video was exposed on July 17.
