Syria's General Intelligence Directorate Arrests Pro-Assad Militia Leader Ali Kayali
According to X user @__Inty__, Syria's General Intelligence Directorate arrested Ali Kayali as he attempted to flee across the border. Kayali, also known as Mihraj Ural, is the head of the pro-Assad militia the "Syrian Resistance" and a prime suspect in the 2013 massacres in Baniyas and the village of Bayda, which killed at least 458 civilians, including around 92 children.
