Xiamen Software Vocational and Technical College Requires Faculty and Students to Self-Inspect Devices and Uninstall Circumvention Software
On September 20, Xiamen Software Vocational and Technical College issued a notice requiring all faculty and students to self-inspect devices such as computers and phones connected to the campus network and uninstall circumvention software; the creation and forwarding of tutorials and nodes is also included in the inspection, with serious cases handed over to law enforcement agencies, and the college also required prioritizing the use of on-campus and domestic academic resources.
