Hunan Construction Contractor Reports Shaanxi Construction No.7 Group by Name for Owing Over 2 Million Yuan in Project Payments for a Xinjiang Town
On September 4, 2026, a contractor from Chenzhou, Hunan, posted a video to report state-owned enterprise Shaanxi Construction No.7 Group under his real name, claiming that the group still refuses to pay more than 2 million yuan in project payments, over a year after completion of the Ruoqiang Loulan Town project in Xinjiang, which it had contracted as general contractor.
