Chengdu Kangte'en Technology Group Notice Plans to Extend Employee Attendance Hours from November; Employees Flood with Objections
On October 20, Chengdu Kangte'en Technology Group Co., Ltd. issued an internal notice, citing the coordination of its Chengdu and Shenzhen office areas, proposing to adjust Chengdu employees' attendance hours to 9:00–18:15 starting November 1, extending the daily schedule by 35 minutes compared with the original arrangement. Under the notice, employees left a continuous stream of comments saying "disagree" and "firmly disagree," with one employee stating that they would attend work at the original times until an agreement is reached.
