On February 10, 2026, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission announced that Yi Lianhong, formerly Party Secretary of Jiangxi and Zhejiang provinces and currently deputy director of the Financial and Economic Affairs Committee of the 14th National People's Congress, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law and is under investigation.
