White House Press Secretary Todd Blanch Holds Press Conference
Attorney General and newly appointed White House Press Secretary Todd Blanch held a press conference at the White House. He pointed out that the FBI committed serious dereliction of duty in its handling of the 2024 Trump assassination attempt during the Biden administration, and that senior officials failed to fulfill their protection responsibilities. Meanwhile, officials confirmed that the shooter, Thomas Crooks, received anonymous donations after his death to pay for his cremation, and that he had used the alias 'Bobado' to receive suspicious packages while alive. Relevant leads have been transferred to the Senate for investigation.
