On September 24, workers at the Hebei Changli County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital project, undertaken by Qinhuangdao Remote Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., protested wage arrears. Multiple workers held banners reading "Return Our Blood and Sweat Money" and went to the project site entrance and the Second Hospital of Changli County to collectively demand their wages.
