He noted that although the situation on the Ukrainian front lines has basically remained deadlocked over the past year, the Ukrainian armed forces have undergone a role change, going from the initial party receiving training to the role of instructors capable of providing military training to other countries, reflecting a significant improvement in the combat capability of the Ukrainian army.
