Taiwan's First Indigenous Submarine Hai Kun Enters Final Pre-Delivery Testing Phase
Chen Cheng-hung, chairman of Taiwan International Shipbuilding Corporation, said that the first indigenous submarine, Hai Kun, completed its 23rd sea trial and 17th dive test on October 2, and has now entered the final testing phase before delivery.
