Michun Lei has officially stepped down as Chairman of Shanghai Life Insurance, a company that has previously been taken over by Shanghai state-owned capital.
The China Insurance Regulatory Commission announced the approval for the preparation of Shanghai Life Insurance, with Mi Chunlei's Landsea Holdings as the largest shareholder and Mi Chunlei as the proposed chairman.
