After not being arrested due to insufficient evidence and being transferred to designated residence for residential surveillance, Xing Yanjun died in the relevant surveillance room.
Xing Yanjun, general manager of a mobile gaming company in Beijing, was arrested across provinces by the police in New Barag Left Banner, Hulunbuir, Inner Mongolia, on charges of running a casino, and his assets were subsequently confiscated.
