On October 8, Hong Kong's Buildings Department confirmed that in a Starter Homes for Hong Kong Residents scheme project developed by CK Asset Holdings in collaboration with the HKSAR government, six residential towers had rebar configurations that deviated from the drawings, requiring remedial work or demolition and reconstruction.

On October 4, the Hong Kong Buildings Department confirmed in a notice that the rebar configuration of some floor slabs and beams at the luxury development ONE STANLEY did not match the approved drawings.
