Students at Zaozhuang No. 16 Middle School Experimental Campus report forced Saturday remedial classes for Grade 11
On October 23, a student at the Experimental Campus of Zaozhuang No. 16 Middle School in Shandong Province reported that the school requires Grade 11 students to come to school on Saturdays for "independent study." In reality, it is mostly teachers of core subjects like Chinese, Mathematics, and English giving lectures. Students who do not attend may face criticism, and homeroom teachers will pressure students, making it difficult to choose freely.
